BILAL KI have a video showing that the person refused to serve me yesterday. She kept saying my card was declined. She didn't treat me well. I gave her like three cards, and Silvia said nothing, but in the end, she charged me with the same card I gave her initially. The girl was telling her I wanted to change the location, but she didn't understand me; she only speaks English. I think she was discriminatory.
Cesar FPlease clean the truck better. It was very dirty, and the gas tank was on Empty. Employees had very little knowledge about the charges, and seemed to be very green. Sorry....

Trent NThe cargo van smelled like a pack of cigarettes were smoked moments before renting and using the vehicle. There were also many remnants of Doritos and snacks sprinkled about. The customer service at the store was great, but the vehicle itself was unfortunately deplorable.

Larousse PThere is nothing that needs improvement from the location side it’s the customers that need to improve with reading and comprehension of the format in which U-Haul sets reservations for equipment. Every time I’ve been there there’s always at least 2-3 customers that really didn’t take the time to follow the instructions for reservations.
GEOFFREY BI returned the trailer on the afternoon of Christmas Day, the 25th. As it was a holiday, there were no staff available to assist me with the return procedures. Eventually, I completed the return process on my mobile app by myself.
Wei Kthe location had a very foul ,sour odor. It was almost unbearable to withstand while being serviced.
ANASTASIA DI had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience returning my U-Haul truck after hours. Before the return, I contacted customer service specifically to confirm an after-hours drop-off location. When I arrived at the first location I was directed to, the staff there refused to accept the truck. After going back and forth with customer service, I was told to go to a second location. The second location was very large, but all the designated return areas near the entrance were completely overcrowded. I had no choice but to carefully squeeze the truck into a very tight spot to ensure the trailer was not blocking the road. This alone made the return stressful and unsafe. When I tried to complete the return through the app, my first attempt failed because the odometer reading was clearly incorrect—the app showed that I had driven 190,000 miles. After multiple failed attempts, I had to restart the app. The return process then appeared to work, but the problems did not end there. While taking the required photos, I had to turn the truck’s electrical system back on to capture the fuel gauge and interior photos to prove the vehicle was clean. After stepping outside to take the exterior photos, the truck automatically locked itself, leaving me locked out. This happened late at night, in 20-degree weather. I had to stand outside in the cold and contact customer service again. I was told to leave the key inside the truck and that staff would handle the situation the next day. I specifically asked if there would be any consequences or charges, and I was told it “should be fine” and that I would be contacted if there were any issues. No one ever contacted me. Two days later, on Tuesday, I was charged $150 for a lockout fee. This charge is extremely frustrating and unfair, given that the lockout occurred during a required after-hours return, was caused by the app/process itself, and that I followed customer service instructions exactly. The lack of communication and the contradictory guidance I received made an already stressful situation significantly worse. Overall, this was a terrible return experience, and it has seriously damaged my trust in U-Haul’s after-hours return process.

JEFFERSON JThe only improvement I would suggest is for the customers to learn how to use the app for checking in. The process was so easy and I spent my time waiting for one of the representatives to move the vehicle in front of the one reserved for me to use. Took all of 5-10 minutes to complete the process and just wait to be handed the key to the vehicle. The people working at the location are very patient and professional, I say this because some of the customers were impatient and/ or not able to follow directions adequately to get the processing of their rental completed. Maybe there should be a tutorial to be posted online on your website, there may be one already in place.

Sean AYour check-in process sucks. Forcing people to fill out an application on their phones while standing (no chairs) in a uhaul site is abusive. If this is your preferred method of doing business, at least provide a chair and a kiosk (like McDonalds) large enough for people to see and use conveniently.

DANIELLE MThe service was great! The employee there was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. The improvements I suggest are regarding technology used. I believe you should offer WiFi or a Kiosk that customers can use while trying to reserve their vehicle at the location site. It would be nice to have a more speedy process instead of relying on cell phone data.
