Anthony LThey wanted me to use the app even though I was in the store and that in itself was aggravating. Then I had to pay a fee that I had already paid in Linden just to get the rental. So the entire situation was horrible. I’m still waiting for the situation in Linden to be resolved.

Charlotte BI reserved a 15 ft truck. However the day of the move I receive a call from a Uhual rep informing me the truck was not available, due to a customer failing to return the truck on time. This is the second occasion. The Uhual assistant wa extremely helpful can not recall his name. The reservation process needs improvement horrible!!!
Margaret KThe truck I got had mud on tires and splashes around them. Seat area not sanitized; wiping steering wheel came out black. Gas level lower than recorded starting out. Large truck inventory. Staff was patient with long line of patrons crowding small office. For priority Service, set up & sign into their App BEFORE going to pick up your rental, or you will get sidelined if office is busy!
Lessie WRent the available vehicles and not the ones that are yet to be delivered. I had to wait 6 hours for them to deliver it to me. I had to wait because I already had everything outside the house for my move.
LILIBETH NIt just when u gotta take time out to do everything on the app or website it’s too much especially for the older generation the manager & worker r very helpful but it’s too long of a process other then that everything was good

GARY TThe gentleman who assisted me at my counter check in was very professional, patient & helpful. He gets a "10" for customer service. However, I was EXTREMELY annoyed that I did what was supposed to be the online check-in (uploading my photo, driver's license & other personal information)at home - yet when I got to the facility - I had to repeat the entire process! What's the purpose of having customers do an online "pre" check-in yet when we get to the facility we have to repeat the entire process?

GASTON RWe rented a van last week, we left it all nice and clean but the next day I got a charge for a dent in the bumper and we didn’t even scratch the van. I submitted a clean stating what has happened and to check the cameras of the night before because it wasn’t me who made the dent on the bumper. They told me that they were going to check the cameras and get in contact with me soon but still haven’t received an answer from store. They told me that they were going to personify with the case but I don’t see any type of response. This store needs to be serious because I’ve been a costumer for the past 6 years and now because of this incident, I won’t be going back to this place anymore.

Their system had crashed and they handled themselves very very well in a store full of angry clientele. I'd lose it! Shoutout to House excellent customer service! I was so impressed by him I considered handing him my card

JOSE MI was overcharged and told I drove 60 miles. This was my first time ever renting from u haul. They was not much help when I told them I did not drive 60 miles. The manger himself told me this happens to alot of customers but there is nothing to be done. This place was a ripoff. The u haul itself felt like it was going to break down.
Alexus FThe windows on the van were filthy due to prior snow and salt. They should have been cleaned before being assigned to a customer. The process of having to use an app was very disappointing and time consuming. It was not user friendly and reps were not very patient with helping use it.

DIONISIO RTerrible experience in renting a truck. The process is annoying, upsetting and difficult. There should ba much easier way of making the process renting easier. It's complicated and disgusting. It took me almost 2hours. I'm not a satisfied customer.

vonsina wThe performance of the equipment was horrible engine, transmission, gas mileage, damage everywhere. You advertise one price and when you get there, the prices are totally different and all those hidden fees and taxes ridiculous!
