I spent an 1hour and half in there trying to reserve a truck. The app system was horrible. I would never come back or recommend it to anyone.

Al-asyah ACustomer service was not on top. Having people yelling at you is never a good thing. I am not going into details but you guys really have to work on that.

Monique BMobile pick up was preferred at 6:30 AM. Arrived at location. Vehicle was blocked in an hour later. Had to call roadside assistance vehicle stop running vehicle was loaded with food from the food pantry. It took an hour and a half to be towed to the drop off location. We unloaded in less than 30 minutes. Had to wait another hour in 20 minutes for an additional tow truck to tow the vehicle away this was Saturday, August 9 today is Thursday, August 14 and I have yet to hear from someone at U-Haul to apologize or offer a credit for the inconvenience.
TERRANCE JYou totally fucked up and originally sent me to location that didn’t offer 24 hour pickup, despite letting me reserve it. You wasted a ton of my time. Your service was awful and I’m going to abstain from using it in the future as much as possible. Awful experience
NIKITA PDO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! The owner is delusional and has a grift going on that is very embarrassing. He does not utilize the deposit to hold the reservation so that he can make up scenarios and falsehoods in order to charge customers on the backend for extra money. In fact he told us that he had an issue with the return of the truck on the last return and then blamed us of the same thing.

CLARK DLet customers know about all the hidden fees up front. Finding out about all of those fees that are not really explained to the customer is very disturbing. I expected one price and it was so much more. The only reason I would refer this location is because it's conveniently located for East Orange residents. And, the rep. that was there was nice. But she really could have used some help. Also, the instructions for checking in and checking out should be easier.
Shelia AThe location was easy enough to get to but it wasn’t where I had reserved a truck. It was twice as far away as the one I booked and it was changed the day before, there was nothing I could do about it, I had no choice. If equipment can’t be rented from a specific location, it shouldn’t be offered. Also in the app I accidentally chose the wrong drop off location and there was no way to go back and edit it. I ended up returning it where I said I would initially but the app is poorly designed if you can’t go back and edit a response before submitting the check in

MICHAEL JYou can't, that was the worst experience I ever had from U Haul. Your Customer Service did not help, I was having a problem with making a reservation. No help at all, I was there for our a hour unsatisfied customer

WILLIAM MThe gentleman their that day was a rockstar. The lack of support or lack there of made his job challenging. The process and procedure of booking online only to come in store to do the same thing is absurd. If felt like a one man show that was crumbling before your eyes because the service became horrendous. I checked my receipt only to find a charge that I did not approve nor authorize. When I callback the young like stated she would send a request to get it adjusted but IM STILL HOLDING MY BREATH. Would I refer something here?. Ummm hell no
