MICHAEL RThere was no waiting area so I had to stand outside while the hitch was being installed in the sun and heat. They quoted me 2 hours, which ended up taking over 6 hours. I definitely would not reccomend their service!

Derek MPeople were nice to deal with, The Truck wasn't out and ready, it was parked behind another truck, trailer rented should have been one for a motorcycle they had a couple there but wound up with a utility trailer, Cup holders were dirty and there was a photo copy of someones drive license behind the seat.plus other trash. Truck was sooo loud that we had to wear ear plugs . ( was told at return center all I had to do was take it out of tow)
THOMAS MOnly needed trailer for few hours but have to pay for a full day. Feel it could b better if it could also be done on Hourly rate like some other local businesses.

David BI broke the jack handle on the car hauler I rented. I was charged $77 which was a 40% discount since I paid right away. I thought that was very reasonable and there was no hassle. Ty U-haul.

JAMES Si am currently a uhaul dealer when i picked up the van the lady inside was very polite. when we went out to get in the van it was nasty the out side of the van was filthy and then mud was in the floorboard we took off and as soon as the sun hit the window, we couldn't see out the window at all had to stop and clean it just to be able to drive

CHRISTOPHER BEmployee was great, very friendly, I worked with him to help move the frozen trailers around so we could get to the one I was renting. My complaint is location, that lot is so small, and so tight to get in and out of. Very little room to get trailers or trucks in and out of. I honestly only go to this location if it is my last resort.
PETER FThe lot was covered in ice and snow. There was only one employee working. Had a very hard time hooking the trailer up to my vehicle.

Wendell HI’ve rented from this location several times and the staff are always helpful and professional. Suggestion for UHaul is to modify the ramps on the 5x8 ramped trailer. The lip on the ramp is so thick that it is often hard to roll anything that doesn’t have 6”+ pneumatic wheels onto the trailer.

BOBBY MThough the location was helpful, it was clean and stable for sure, but it was poorly located, for the amount of equipment there, it was definitely too small of a location, it's difficult to maneuver here.

LARRY CThe staff at this U-Haul location are very quick and professional. They got me signed up and out the door (truck rental) literally in a matter of minutes. This, all the while assisting another customer who was there ahead of me. It was the same story on return. The agents processed my paperwork, inspected the vehicle, and got me on my way just as quickly as when I first arrived. This is a five star place, easy to get into and out of. Would definitely use again.

BRANDON SWe were told we would receive a discount for receiving a non functional working equipment. We have not. So I would recommend to anyone Uhaul based on my experience with pick up and drop off.

CHARLES MEver since 10/28/24, the first time I rented a long distance one way trip U-Haul. When I went to pick up, the guy acted like I didn’t know what I was doing, no dolly or blankets and I’ve had reservations for a week. So had to go to another Tampa location further and get a dolly cause they had none. Then I was supposed to get a free month storage when I arrived, I reserved that way. Then I got charged $135 anyways, been trying to reach a manager since 11/2/24 regarding this. No return all yet. Then I moved stuff out of storage just 2 days ago. I did mobile check in it declined my card but then took off $75.71, so I went inside and he redone the rental and charged my card another $68.58. So I was double charged. I extended the U-Haul until 4:30pm instead of 12:30 pm to be returned on 11/20/24. They start calling me, my back up number having everyone tripping out over the truck being late, like what? I mean the whole U-Haul experience has been a nightmare for me. I just thought you should know.
