Update your system so it doesn't take 45 mins minutes to pick up equipment. When I was there there were myself and 2 other customers and it took 45 mins due to your system being slow and all 3 employees were rude. Will not return to this location

MOHAMMAD SThe staff was very courteous and helpful. My improvement suggestion would be to relocate all of the boxes piled way up between the registers, employees and customers make a more defined "queue" so the customers knows who's next, etc. It was a pleasant, easy experience

JOSEPH LThe cargo van was very roomy and comfortable to ride in, but it is not disabled- or handicapped-friendly. I had a hard time getting in the van. I needed some help being lifted to the seat on the passenger side, and it didn't help that the doors do not swing further back to provide more room for assistance. The van step was too high for me. I would suggest perhaps making the vans or trucks disabled/handicap friendly for those who may have trouble getting in, regardless of whether they sought other transportation. Accessibility for all is a HUGE must.
WESTON AI rented a 10’ U-Haul. Gentleman checked me in, I paid the tab, he walked me out the the U-Haul and showed it to me and said have a good day. Loaded up, drove 45 miles, unloaded and returned to a different location. Get a call the next day telling me I had damaged the outside of the U-Haul. When I told the lady I didn’t, nor did I hit anything; she asked me for the photos I was supposed to take of the exterior of the truck. I exclaimed the gentleman never said anything of the sorts. Pointed to the U-Haul and said have a nice day.

TODD EI booked my reservation online for 8 am, I arrived at 8:30 and the staff was extremely rude. The young lady working argued with me stating my reservation was for 7 am when I have a screenshot of my booking showing 8am. The attitude continued with another female employee being rude about where my ride was idling while waiting for me to complete the pickup . Do not go to this location

DEVIN KWas given the oldest van on the lot. When asked for a newer one, the lady told me she saved those for her Amazon people. Van had 0 oil remaining, and should have been retired off the lot the way it ran. Not too pleasant to deal with.

BRIAN PThey didn't show me that the break system was working... The other location told me they should of prepped me with information that my car wouldn't be able to get up hills very well.. I ended up lost the U-Haul and not making it...

ARTHUR PI called to extend my rental for 1 day and was charged for it. The next day I get a text saying it’s in the recovery process and would be reported stolen. I immediately called corporate office and they said they seen the call, but the extension wasn’t processed. I never had this issue before with uhaul, but they definitely lost my business.

PHILLIP WThe representatives I spoke to were both fantastic. I believe Camille (based on my receipt) checked me in. She was super helpful, walked me through everything and explained the process/charges. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The other representative working did not help me directly but he was very friendly and welcoming when another customer entered the store. One of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time!
EMILY WThe interior of the truck was full of straw and hay, and it smelled like a farm. The alignment was off badly, the steering wheel shook badly from side to side, and the steering felt loose. All of my belongings smelled like a farm too after being in the truck, and it's disgusting. Now instead of resting the day after our move, we have to deodorize our stuff. Not happy, I have an autoimmune disease and I had to drive an unhealthy, dirty truck. The staff was cordial, but apparently could care less about the condition of the equipment.

MONICA PI ordered from a different location, who did not have what I ordered when I got there, and then told me my car could not tow it anyways (even though it can and did), and I was 2 hours late to move the item, had to pick it up in dark, and missed a family dinner. Aren't I supposed to get $50 back?
