KOEBY JUpdate the computer center, my first trip to the store I was told could not rent because computers center was down. The next day I was able to rent but the system was running very slow, so the associate finish the transaction on his phone so not to hold me up. This is my second time I have gone to rent equipment and the computer system was down.

JEFFREY SThe trailer I rented was clean, but there was something wrong with either the wheel balance or suspension which caused my truck to shake at any speed over 35mph
BRIAN NI had originally reserved a trailer at a different location, but U-Haul changed to this location due to availability. when I get there they gave me the wrong size trailer and had to change my reservation and provided the correct trailer. when I returned the trailer the next day, they forgot to register the return which prompted a call from the site on the following day. and I had to call and tell them that it was returned. also, due to the pending mix ups, I have multiple pending charges on my credit card, so I will have to wait and see what clears to confirm I was not charged twice.
ROBBIE HI did not catch the woman's name that was working on Sunday afternoon, but she's gotta go. Her willingness to cancel the entire transaction based on some surface rust on my hitch making it so I had to pound it in to the receiver on the truck, by her words and I quote, "Sir. Sir. Sir it just looks like it's not going to work today. I'm sorry. It's just not. To which I responded, "Hold on." I got it all put together and she was obviously frustrated. Then I pretty much had to hook the trailer up myself because she said she had some spinal issue or something, again I have no problem helping out but when I asked if she had a bathroom that I could wash my hands in, she said "No, it's for employees only." My response, "Well, since I did over half of your job for you, maybe you could make an exception." I'll certainly rent from here again, but only based on availability of trailers. But if there's some closer, I'll pick the other location instead. Sorry, but this one was a bust.
RICHARD JI waited outside for about 20 before going inside to get help taking the trailer off. They were just sitting in there. When I mentioned that the U-Haul leaked, he said, it happens; they’re old.

JULIE CI don't know how well to address this, but the interior of the truck was strong with smoke. As such, I can't say it was clean, but it wasn't in bad shape. It was as expected. I don't like the options of yes or no.

DAVID VThe back of the truck had large chunks of glass and debris that we had to clean out before use. Truck had a ‘tire pressure monitor failure’ light on the entire time we used it, which was present from the second we turned the vehicle on. We did not have time to request a better truck. Our previous experiences from U-Haul have been very positive, this is the first time we received a dirty and under-maintained truck.

Edward EI filled the gas up to where it was when I picked it up. Yet you still charged me for 3 gallons. I call bullshit. Your telling me you drove it to the gas station to put 3 gallons of gas in it ? Total scam! Just rent it with a full tank so there's no discretion

Thomas PI wouldn't recommend u-haul to anyone if they asked why I would explain about the app not being good. Don't let customers pick up with no assistance there are still people out here who are not completely used to computer use.

JOHN DWorkers were mostly great. I asked for a van and got a truck. Was told later by the manager the vans were all reserved. Not sure why I wasn't told initially. Truck was possibly oldest in the fleet, it smelled of body odor once the truck warmed up. Heater didn't work well in terms of which area the heat came out of/ temp control not accurate. The window knob kept falling off. But I would use them again and reserve a van and/or ask for a newer vehicle.

CASSANDRA PI had to change my plans a few times due to inclement weather. The staff at 290 Jefferson Road was helpful and accommodating. Everything was ready when I arrived and the entire process was quick and easy. They helped me navigate the pros and cons of several options to meet my needs.
MARY MInspection and other required checkup has to be done in front of customer instead of saying “you all done we will send you and email you receipt”
