The trailer in question shakes while driving,is an old unit without maintenance. Unfortunatelly for my move, it rained and water got into the trailer soehow, causing some of my belongings to get wet. I reported it but it looks like nobody cares.
RODOLFO ERight tire must have had a slow leak. I was quoted 1.79 per mile and was charged $1.99!

Julio LExit entrance remains blocked often and customers are forced to exit through the more dangerous entrance. Please consider allowing safe passage to exit for accident prevention.

Loren SEverything was great except when dropped off. The gentleman that was outside checking out drop off vehicles, collected my key was very rude, sarcastic and condescending. He made a smart remark when my husband asked him if we were in the right spot. My husband began by saying “I’m dropping off a van and he cut him off by saying “Obviously, I can’t see that” there was no need for that. Unfortunately, he is a reflection of U-Haul and should be checked on his attitude. I am making it a point to write this review to call out this individual, get him trained, he needs sensitivity training to work with his community! If he is unhappy with his job or like in general, then move on but do not take it out on customers. That plays a big role on a customers experience. I hope this message gets to an intended party that will not ignore this review.

jennie fThe place i got the cargo van twice they mistreated me bad the guys there are rude looking to fight one said he forgot about us dropping the truck the first time because he smoke weed I ask for help on returning the van yesterday he rudely told me scan the barcode on the door I did it ask me to pay again I was charge already I ask him for help and he brushed me way I hate that place never again and I will tell anyone never go there as well super bad experience horrible customer treatment not even one star they deserve

Rosali FStaff and the internals of the Facility are fine, but the location is harrowing, on a major highway bridge and many of their vehicles cannot be driven under nearby overpasses and highway bridges. I absolutely cannot recommend anyone in their right mind drive a vehicle in New York City.
Ethan GWe arrived at the facility at 6:30 AM. The store was SUPPOSED to open at 7:00 AM. Our scheduled pick up time was 7:30 AM. The woman arrived to open the store at 7:45 AM, 45 minutes late. I was standing right in front of her, and she made me fill out all the information on my phone.🤬 By the time I got my truck, it was approximately 8:40. I had moving help waiting at my house at 9:00 AM. I arrived with the truck at 9:20 because of traffic. Because the woman was late, moving help started loading the truck at 9:30 AM. Because she was late, I had to pay the loaders an extra hours worth of pay. And to top it off, she didn't have the 24 wrapping pads, so I had to use my blankets, sheets and coats, jackets and robes to cover some items. That place was TERRIBLE.🤬
Richard LIt snowed, none of the trucks were cleaned off, i had to buy boxes, it took the girl at the front 15 minutes to count the total of 8 boxes and how much change to give me. Charged way too much money for 2 days. Don’t think I’ll be using U-Haul in the future and mind you i will need a truck very soon

Jairo LWhen I rented the U-Haul I asked the lady that was assigned morning shift a little after 10:30am to help me pull out the van because there was a car blocking me I didn’t feel comfortable pulling out the van due to car another van in the way she gave me a hard time she was very rude and nasty and decided to argue with my little sister she was very unprofessional and instead of helping a customer she rather be on her phone I never had this issue and when I rented previously they never had no issue helping me with what I needed even pulling the van out the way so I can take it off the lot .. she is a African American women I’m not even understanding why she even has her job if she can’t even help customers out properly. I also will be reporting her to corporate because she was very distasteful.
