The staff at the Ithaca location was very helpful and accomodating, and the truck performed excellentlly. A great value. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

ELIZABETH BStaff was rude and incompetent!! I was called several hours after returning the trailer i had rented asking if i was going to return it as it was after the scheduled return time . I tried calling back but the location was busy so i was redirected to a call center that was going to have them call me back which they did not do so i called back spoke with jerry the lady that left the first message and she was rude letting me know yes they did see the trailer returned no apology and as i was expressing my concern about it not being marked as returned she said your welcome is there anything else i can do. I will never return there again!!

AARON JStaff agreed to waive a late fee for a dropoff that was 3 hours later than what was on the contract. They charged me anyway and refused to remove the charge when I contacted them. Overall rude and unhelpful staff, junk everywhere outside. Would never recommend anyone go to this location.

DAVID LNot sure if this is a standard practice in winter months but the pickup I rented was not prepared for me. The trunk had 2 inches of snow inside, the windows and mirrors covered in snow and frozen, inside there was a cardboard commercial on the windshield, which I had to remove and fold away. Took me a good chunk of to get this car ready. Meanwhile there were close to 10 people inside. I get that it’s cold but this did not feel like a good service at all.
MALGORZATA GTruck was clean but the front end shook horribly the entire drive. It was a terrible trip due to the shaking.

LINDA AThe people on site were not aware of discount offered online. Ended up paying almost twice than what was advertised and left also as if I'm clueless. Will think twice before coming back again, not sure if it's the online ad that was misleading or the personnel not bothering to even check. Even taking a minute to check and explain to me where I got it wrong would have gone a long way.

HARDY MFolks are friendly and helpful. 10' truck was fine except very bumpy and my husband could hardly fit his knees in. Luckily we only had about 30 miles to go.

THEODORE CAnother location couldn’t make my rental and after getting the run around from five different people from corporate eventually I got the trailer from them. It’s the second time in a row they’ve bailed out other U-Haul places for my family. Other places can’t honor a reservation made a week or more in advance and every time the Ithaca location has been able to get me set up in just the 30 minutes it takes me to drive there.

ERIC HI don't understand why I had to provide a reference for you to contact when completing my pick-up process. If that person hadn't of actually been with me, there would have been no one for me to reference, and therefore, wouldn't have been able to rent the Uhaul as I understand it. The lockbox for the key wasn't well marked, and had trouble getting the key out once I asked for assistance. Also, I'm required to take photos of the Uhaul prior to driving it off the lot. The Uhauls were parked so close together that you couldn't take a proper picture as requested.
Sheila GThe staff were all engaging and spontaneously useful. Pre-registering saved a lot of time compared to my prior rentals where I hadn't done so. The hand truck partially blocks the movement of goods into the truck. Relocate it further back, all the way.
