Clarence LCJ and Nathen were so helpful in this situation they did their best to help us navigate the situation and even offered to help move all the stuff from the U-haul with a bad starter while expressing how sorry they are that this happened to us. They made this whole situation a bit lighter on us!
JOANIE SThe new truck was cool, but the automatic lane guidance was turned on when I started driving. I'm sure the feature is designed to help you, but honesly it alsmost made things more difficult. I later figured out how to turn it off. I would just recommend leaving that off for the customer, and then they can turn it on if they desire.

This location was super friendly too, my in laws were expecting it to be more hassle but the staff was so nice they and helpful. They unhitched the trailer and all we had to do was drive off, really grateful for how easy they made it.
VAWN EThe guys at the desk and the location are perfectly fine, exactly as you’d expect. The specific vehicle i got shouldn’t be used for anything more than a quick local trip, probably during the summer. The weather stripping on the windows has dry rotted and been so beat up that the windows don’t close. That said, the vehicle was totally functional.
ERIC JVan was very clean. It did have an extremely strong cigarette and marijuana scent in the front and back of the van which can cause issues for asthmatics. It was otherwise very well maintained, zero issues, excellent ease to obtain with the people inside. Would rent again from this location.

RICHARD NI’m extremely disappointed that the appliance dolly I reserved was not available upon pickup. On moving day, customers rely on confirmed reservations to execute their plans safely and on time. Arriving to find essential equipment missing creates unnecessary stress and risk. Had I been moving heavier appliances such as a refrigerator or washing machine, I could have been forced to cancel the move or pay out of pocket for last-minute alternatives. That is not a reasonable position for a customer to be placed in after making a reservation. Thankfully, I did not have large appliances this time, but this situation easily could have resulted in financial loss or injury. This is not cool, you guys have vans and trucks but not enough equipment? Doesn’t make sense to me

LAIN HGave me a van with no wiper fluid on a snowy day where it became hard to see about midway through my drive. Talked to a guy on the phone and he said they would do something on their end when I return it which they didn’t. The lady I talked to after returning the car seemed to care less after I told her the car had no wiper fluid. All she asked was if I filled it up with water when I told her I had to use my own wiper fluid.
WYATT OMirrors on either side of the vehicle would not adjust. Very disappointing. It did not feel safe to drive this vehicle when you can’t see out of mirrors in the expressway.

JAZMINE BThe location was excellent 5 years ago. It was trashy. Employees seem to see how little they can do. Type the order, then point to the vehicle. They dont clean their vehicles. Outdated . Only go there becuse its close. Needs upper mgmt sincere attention.

KRISTIANNA KI was checked in quickly and efficiently by a very friendly gentleman. They have a dedicated check in lane and the whole process only took about 5 minutes.
LESLIE ZIssues: 1) The "Change Oil Soon" message was on from the time I rented the van. The van had some loose items left by a prior renter. 2) I was delayed by 90 minutes for my scheduled after hours pick up. That caused the App to not allow me to complete the pick up. To complete the pick up, I had to call U-Haul and have the central TruckShare department authorize the pick up - 60 minutes of back and forth. I note that in the App, there doesn't seem to be a simple to way to enter a new time for the after hours pick up if the renter is delayed. That should be fixed. Otherwise: everything was fine.
Eric SUnfortunately, I had a horrible experience with the car that I was given. The truck had service issues and the tires were bald. It snowed and it was very dangerous to be on the freeway. I asked the young man in the store if it was safe to drive. He told me yes, and I quickly found out that it was not when I returned the car. I asked if I can speak to a manager, I was told that they will reach out to me the next day. No one called me. I received the final receipt in charge. I called the office and they told me no one was available and advised that I call Corporate. I am so disheartened because I’ve always love the U-Haul company, but I’ll never use you again. I feel like my safety was put in danger and no one cared.
