Excellent service from the pick up location staff, the representatives on the phone, and the drop off location staff. Explained the contract well and the pricing in great details.
Nelson RReyna was extremely aggressive this morning while hooking up my trailer. A piece had broken off for the light cable and instead of just taking it with her to get another one she launched it aggressively hitting the front door thankfully no customers were going in or out of the door because it would’ve hit them. Please talk to her or something this isn’t out first incident with her and we’re to the point of going to a different location to pick up equipment just so we don’t have to work with her and her attitude being unprofessional.

Roxanne FWhen I was using the app to pick up my truck it kept closing. I had to go online to finish the process. Other than that everything was excellent and easy in and out.

CHRISTOPHER MCheck out was very clumsy. Trying to upload pictures of mileage and gas to app was terrible. We spent 1/2 hour trying to. Finally they just said take your own photos. Also, the truck gas was past e. Worried we would not make it to the gas station

PEGGY Swithout any reservations i went to this location at closing time, Larry took good care of me without making a face,and he was very helpful,upon returning the equipment (24hrs ) again close to closing time Reyna helped me with the process with a good attitude. Definitely 10/10
FRANK ABetter service specifically on what is asked or requested upon. If understanding was considered and offered for what I needed and was looking for, instead of whatever thy felt that was in there best interest for there own benefit. I was not satisfied, that was the first time that I was treated like that. I've always went through this location for all my u-haul services and always was meet with what I needed. Not this time.
ALEX ECoordination could be smoother. I ordered a large order of boxes for pick up at 6:30pm. I called 800# same day to check if I can pick up sooner. I was told it was ready but when I arrived at site, they had a hard time locating my order. I gave them my confirmation and finally was able to pull up my order but nothing was pulled and was not ready. Another 15 min to pull my entire order. Otherwise, staff was accommodating and helpful. This is my go to location when in town for all my moving needs.

Elva VThere was some technical problems with there internet that made my visit very long and also a trailer they picked out for me that had nails in two tires. But the team there was great they did their best to resolve the issues and were very professional. I like how they treat you there. Highly recomend this place. Very nice people. They deserve a raise.
CRUZ LThe truck had a check engine light on ran kinda bad. The truck was dirty inside cab and in the truck bed. Plus I tried to see if I could do a one way and I walked in asking and the said it was to late to change it which was kinda crazy
RACHEL PGas was completely empty when I got the truck which was disappointing, the the people at this location are always nice.

LUCY VI rent here all the time, and would recommend. Only problem was this time they charged me $65 for gas that I replaced myself so not sure why I got charged for refueling?!

RODRICK RUnfriendly customer service reps on site. Truck needs to be ready at time it is reserved for. We reserved in a week advance and still didn’t get what we wanted.

ERNEST OWhen I arrived to pick up the trailer the Worker who helped me was totally indifferent towards me. She never made eye contact with me. The Worker that helped me when I returned the trailer was great! Also, the trailer looked old, but it worked just fine.

So the next morning U called the dealership on MLK and they immediately corrected the time and said trailer was available and that I could pick up the trailer immediately. Thanks again UHaul on MLK in Merced.
MARK KI want to thank MLK JR UHaul for helping me to reserve a trailer and honoring the purchased I made online from UHaul. I went on line to reserve a UHaul trailer and purchase a hitch ball. The Online Uhaul site linked me to a dealer that didn’t have trailers nir do they store trailers. Neither do they have maintain or sale hitch balls. They only rent dollies. Thank you MLK JR UHAUL for all your help.
MARK KI was under the assumption that by renting a trailer and truck it would have everything I need to get the car on the trailer but it didn't so I had to I purchase tow straps separately all for it not to even work so I rented the truck and trailer for nothing, wasted money and returned it hours later after not being able to use them.

KATHY BGetting a truck was pretty traumatic, as there were four changes. I realize that you cannot guarantee a truck due to the vagaries of trucks not coming in on time, or people extending, etc. When I finally did get the truck, the process was very smooth. The young lady at the Mercer location was very personable and knowledgeable, and made sure the truck was 100%, including a new windshield wiper.
SHERRY Aextremely rude manager, helpless staff who refused to help me when asked her to check, said that is not her duty. In the end, during the journey frequently harness came off and had to call the towing guy in the middle.

MICHAEL MWhen I arrived at the store, the check process was pretty straightforward easy nothing remarkable. The associate and I walked outside and hooked up the trailer they had ready for me. As the associate said I was good to go, I asked him to do a walk around with me to do a visual inspection of the trailer and I noticed one of the tires was bald and had a major bulge. When we went back in the store, the associate explained to someone who appeared to be a lead or manager, the condition of the trailer. The manager appeared to be very upset as he asked about why did the check-in inspection not catch this. The lead or manager did not address me during their conversation which shows a lack of professionalism in front of a customer. The associate was instructed to give me a different trailer. The second trailer that was given to me was in much better condition. I had no other problems or negative experiences with the second trailer and it's return.
