I was wrongly charged for fuel and after sending proof that I was wrongly charged u-haul only refund 50% of the charges. The store was busy with only one employee trying to help several customers.

Gary RMy pick up truck was damaged by the trailer that I dropped off because the attendant unhooked the trailer tells me that I’m free to leave and he forgot to unhook one of the chains creating the trailer to pull forward, hitting my rear bumper the gentleman caught his supervisor. She was in speaker. He did tell her that was not my fault and he accepted responsibility for what had happened. They took picture of the damage. She was supposed to call me back and I have yet to hear from her.
David RThe service man who disconnected the rented trailer ‘forgot’ to return the electric adapter that was purchased at UHaul with red color, when we called in we was told that it couldn’t be found - simple solution either apply credit or provide us with new adapter!

MANO JThe inside staff at pick up in North Miami were superb. However the person who hooked up my trailer in the yard left the safety chain dangling on the ground and I had to ask him to fix it. His attitude was indifferent at best. The person at drop off on Fernandina Beach was helpful and courteous and superb as well.
STEVEN SWay too many add on charges.I will not rent from UHaul again.$19.99 is a false rate.Add ons brought my rental to $83.00 usd for 4 1/2 hours,,next time enterprise will be my choice.
ANDREW DUpon returning my rental at this location after 7 am, which is the opening time listed online, no staff on sight could be seen, and the doors were locked. Only the cleaning personnel could be seen inside working. After returning to my rental and starting the online return process, I was approached by a staff member who demanded the keys to the vehicle before I could finish my picture inspection process of the odometer inside the cabin of the truck. He stood outside the truck with a condescending look on his face, pulling at the door. and slowly waving at me to get my attention while repeating "give me the keys," I responded by saying I was processing the online return. He did not acknowledge what I had just said and instead, in a deeper, more condescending tone, said, "give me the keys now". I complied due to his persistence and finished the online return.

ARTEM AShowed up 926am for a 930 trailer rental reservation. Was out by 942am. Total cost for 5 days $64. Can't beat it, honestly!

ERICA MI basically have never had interaction w these folks so I can’t honestly give you an answer, but I know Lynette Finnie absolutely SUCKS for never making this situation better. She’s done nothing but required me constantly telling her to respond to my emails. Then Finally GHOSTS me. How damn rude and incompetent and insensitive can one broad be??? Again U-Haul, GET YOURSELF TOGETHER!!!
JENNIFER MOnce I arrived at location to returning the equipment, that one guy with all his teeth in gold , couldn’t get his name , , was very unfriendly. He was checking one truck in before mind , after he was done checking the truck ahead of me , he had me waiting for long time, while he sat in that particular truck running with AC was in the phone talking, while I stand outside in the hot sun waiting . An other employee that was washing a van , saw me standing for so long . Had to come to check the truck for me . I like using U-Haul, I’m not one that complains. But this guy was very bad for business.
RONALD MLocation for rental truck as advertised was not available after booking. Moving equipment (dolly, pads) as advertised was not available at time of pickup.
Benedict GJust make sure to go into the office. I had to call several times after returning the trailer after I was told by attendant that is all taken care of. The app kept saying pending, after 3 calls I finally got my receipt via e email
ALFREDO PThe truck was fine but the people that work at this location are so rude and couldn't be bothered to help or go out of there was to listen. I think the people that work here for the most part have reached the pinnacle of their career trajectory. Hire better!!!
JOHN HThere was only one lady to checkout people on the 31st which is the busiest day so there was a line of people waiting. She was extremely fast and efficient but there's only so much than one person can do at a time. You should staff more people on busier days.

ALBERT BUnfortunately the customer service at the branches I’ve rented the trucks have been super poorly managed like mom and pop’s place. I’ve been left on hold over the phone for 15 mins and when I went to the office in person the rep was on the phone on social media. They’re are not trained to be professional to greet and treat customers with respect.

You system is not customer friendly; I had to go to a different storage in Doral (40 minutes away) and then back to the North Miami facility in order to store my items. Webpage (My account) does not register the current sotarge rental under my name, which makes it impossible to make an online payment.

The young lady that helped me seemed like she was struggling to keep conscious and had little interest in being there. When we had an issue with the keypad to get in we were admonished by a very annoyed front desk worker who told us we weren’t using both keypads. The issue was no one told us there were two or that they needed to be used together or in what order. We were supposed to guess. When I asked if she could just check the code in case it was the code so I wouldn’t have to come back she said just use both keypads as though she couldn’t be bothered. It’s a good thing your business model is based on demand and need as opposed to customer service and sales ability. You’d be bankrupt and out of business otherwise

Alaxei K | First ImpressionsWhen we first arrived, we were told our storage locker was at another address completely (incorrect). Multiple times when we visited our storage locker we had to ask staff to move their car as it was blocking the loading door. 4 days prior to my storage unit expiring, I called their office, told the man who answered the phone that i would like to extend for another month, and he took my credit card number. A week later a woman called me and said my payment was overdue, and threatening me with late fees and lien fees etc etc. It turns out the man had only processed "the insurance owing on the first month" (~$10). I had been told upon original check in that this was included in my first free month. When the woman processed my 2and month rental payment, she charged me 2 lots of insurance. ******I would like 1 of these refunded please******
