ANDREW GThe rental was originally scheduled at 7:30am in a near by location. The problem is that the location was not open until 9:00am. This is an anomaly in your system. We had to call customer service and change the location for early pick up.
FERNANDO MThe staff was very nice and helpful. My only question was I kept the truck for more than 24 hours but in total it cost me just over $200 which unfortunately does not make sense to me based on the rental rates. It seems more expensive than it should've been on a 1999 rental with $1.19 cost per mile.

ARNEL JI was treated very poorly by the staff when I went to pick up and drop off the equipment. Rude staff overall. I would only recommend this location because it is one of the few where they have everything (mostly) that was included on the reservation, unlike others where you make the reservation and when it's time for pick up, they don't have the equipment that was supposedly reserved online.

MELISSA Apeople who work here does not care about customers, they care more about fixing their finger nails in front of the customers. Online uhaul shows me 0 motorcycle trailers available for my dates so I have booked regular trailer with the ramp, week later I’ve arrived to pick up my trailer, and lady said sorry we didn’t have it, ok give anything with ramp, she said we do have any, I went to the yard and have found three trailers with loading ramp including motorcycle-specific one, took pictures, showed to the lady at the front desk and trailers “magically” appeared in the system, she sent me to another guy to full-fill my request and continues to fix her nails and lashes

DAN FI tried to rent 2 small dollies : cost 7 dollars per day The man at the counter signed and charged me for 2 dollies, handed me a receipt and told me the woman outside would give me the dollies. she only had one dolly. I went back inside, and I said, “I know”, I’ll only charge you for one. My wife returned the single dollar that evening. She was charged 100 dollars because she only returned one dolly, I called, told the woman on the phone what happened. She confirmed that we only had the one dolly. Said she would refund the improper cost. this Am I got an email telling me it would take 305 days to return the funds. 305 days to return 90 dollars on a 7 dollar rental.
BRIAN RCharges needs to be more clear. I was asked by the employee who was setting up my car for transport to pay him 25.00 dollars in cash. I went back inside to ask them to charged me on my credit card. The lady inside told me that she couldn't do it. And she pretend that she didn't know what I as talking about. But in my opinion this is all part of them. I ended up paying 25.00 dollars in cash in order to get my car. Completely unacceptable behavior. I was going to tip him 30 dollars anyway. But asking me for a extra charge cash only its truly unacceptable

RUBY IThe attendant at the location does not behave properly with customers, many smiling at the person because they do not speak English. They do not accompany the customer to the vehicle. The space where you pick up the vehicle is full of water and I have to put my feet in the water to pick up the vehicle. In fact, zero service.

MATIAS CThe pick up and drop off process through the app was easy and didn’t require standing in line in the store. However, the part of the app that required photos of the vehicle did not work, so I found an employee and he provided assistance allowing me to skip that part, provided that I took photos and saved them in my phone instead of in the app. When I returned the truck one day ahead of schedule the two employees I spoke to were very helpful and prompt with making an adjustment to my bill. Overall, it was an easy process thanks to the attentive staff.
DENISE MCustomer service was below average. Waited for over 10 minutes for a worker to help me check out after returning my rental while they argued with someone on the phone while on speaker. Was told misinformation about which card would be run for the transaction and they charged a card I said I did not want to pay with from the beginning. Man who gave us the appliance dolly and took us to the rental van was very nice and had a great attitude, everyone else was not helpful and had zero customer service skills.
MIKAYLA KI was surprised with the ease and efficiency of renting and picking up and dropping of the truck. I also like the price I paid was much lower than all other options I researched in the area.

Tampoco me correspondía hacer todo eso. Yo alquilé un equipo que debería estar en condiciones y no tener que esperar o volver a devolverlo...no me hicieron ningún descuento por el inconveniente. Mal trato

CRAIG KEmmanuel provided me with outstanding service. He was by himself taking care of 3 clients at the same time. Uhaul is lucky to have such an excellent employee.
ROMMEL SJust arrive early if you need help connecting your trailer or more, also CS is a little slow and first come first serve basis even if you did all online for pick up.

MANUEL VStop wrong billing When i picked up cargo van I paid for one day rental When I extended 2nd day I paid one day rental When I extended 3rd day I paid one day rental When I turned in van I should have been charged only additional mileage. Instead I was charged for 3 days rental that I had already paid. Employees are not trained Van had no sun shade above driver seat.💺
GRACE CExtremely poor customer service both at check-in and check-out. During the check-in, the staff totally ignored me for a long time and was busy in talking between themselves and doing other things instead of welcoming me and trying to address my needs. In regards to check-out, I dropped the truck at 6:58PM (I've picture proving it !). The (same) staff was very lazy and wasted a few minutes to tell me that they're already closed and that I've to do the check-out by myself. After a few minutes, they showed me that it's 7:01PM and that they must go home. In spite of the fact that I showed that I've only 3% left in my mobile phone, they insisted that they can't help me. Net net, while the truck was great and clean, the customer facing staff was very unprofessional, rude, lazy and far from being customer oriented.
LIOR GWouldn’t help unload rented equipment in rain, charged for fuel even though it was returned with more than it had when picked up, filled it across the road but still charged.
Arthur KI sent the Manager Lynette Finnie an email about my experience returning this trailer which was less than satisfactory. Also, the trailer was returned on Friday, August 29, 2025 but my receipt says it was returned on Sunday, August 31, 2025 although I don’t believe that I was charged extra.
PRESTON LIt was a night drop off on a Friday evening there was nobody there so I parked it the pictures of the gas in the mileage and deposit the key and the key box I cannot comment on the rest.

You system is not customer friendly; I had to go to a different storage in Doral (40 minutes away) and then back to the North Miami facility in order to store my items. Webpage (My account) does not register the current sotarge rental under my name, which makes it impossible to make an online payment.

The young lady that helped me seemed like she was struggling to keep conscious and had little interest in being there. When we had an issue with the keypad to get in we were admonished by a very annoyed front desk worker who told us we weren’t using both keypads. The issue was no one told us there were two or that they needed to be used together or in what order. We were supposed to guess. When I asked if she could just check the code in case it was the code so I wouldn’t have to come back she said just use both keypads as though she couldn’t be bothered. It’s a good thing your business model is based on demand and need as opposed to customer service and sales ability. You’d be bankrupt and out of business otherwise

Alaxei K | First ImpressionsWhen we first arrived, we were told our storage locker was at another address completely (incorrect). Multiple times when we visited our storage locker we had to ask staff to move their car as it was blocking the loading door. 4 days prior to my storage unit expiring, I called their office, told the man who answered the phone that i would like to extend for another month, and he took my credit card number. A week later a woman called me and said my payment was overdue, and threatening me with late fees and lien fees etc etc. It turns out the man had only processed "the insurance owing on the first month" (~$10). I had been told upon original check in that this was included in my first free month. When the woman processed my 2and month rental payment, she charged me 2 lots of insurance. ******I would like 1 of these refunded please******
