The workers are never really motivated to do any more than necessary from the few times I have rented their. I had to go look for the yard guy to tell me which trailer was my rental, and he had just walked out and knew I was about to get out there with my vehicle. Equipment was good, place is clean.

The cab of the truck was definitely smoked in and not cleaned properly.

The trailer we were given had faulty wiring. Thankfully we caught it before we left and they were able to switch it out. However, after we left and loaded the trailer we noticed something strange with the tire. We asked to trade it out because we felt it was unsafe. They said no. So we ended up taking the 2 hour trip risking our safety and called roadside assistance once we reached our destination. We then found out that they sold us a trailer with a tire that was coming apart. The road side assistant said that we were very lucky that we made it safely and that it could’ve blown out while we were driving. He proceeded to show us where the tire was wrapping a part.

I found the on-site staff unfriendly and in able to communicate effectively. I couldn’t understand one of the staff members because he mumbled so badly. I also found the app check-in to take far too long because the online “agent” verifying license took ten minutes. Also, the app needs to somehow allow me to use the zoom function on my phone. It was difficult to get photos because I couldn’t get far enough away from the vehicle.

The truck was in LOUSY condition, window lever was missing knob , so to open window you had to use two hands to turn arm, engine light was one, one front headlamp was not working, truck had over 77,000 miles, and obviously not well mantained

Nothing is ever how it should be! I rarely get the vehicle I pre booked. The mobile service is never fully mobile (they don’t leave keys in the box), and this cargo van was disgustingly inside!!! Spit, food, sticky stuff on the wheel and floor! Just disgusting!

I believe Kevin is name and he got me squared away. Mind you he was able to help me perfectly all whilst he was successfully helping folks with propane tanks as well as multi tasking with other customers who had equipment returns or car returns as well as answered my questions. He is very knowledgeable, patient and excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to answer my goofy questions and act as a 2nd pair of eyes when dismounting my car off the tow. Thanks again

Stop getting people to delivery corruption trailers for your company. Anytime I’m delivering your trailer or your truck and it’s not what I ordered. You’re paying the Insurance plain and simple.. I’m done with you.

Location was fine but the Uhaul process to rent takes way too long. All the picture taking and questions in the app and still takes 30 minutes to pick up the trailer once I arrived. Not to mention the 20 different upsell attempts before confirming the reservation. Tedious.

The equipment I ordered with the uhaul was not available, without warning, forcing me to purchase the equipment onsite. When I arrived at the location, no one was available in the store. I had to call the location from inside the store to get the employee to leave her office. Seemed to have no knowledge of how anything worked and just referred me to the online instructions. Will warn people to never use this location.

The attendant handed me the trailer, but he had to go back to the office to grab a cable harness and I was waiting for a long time for his return. I went to the office to see why he was taking so long, the harness was on the counter and he was helping another customer . I didn’t like that at all. I told him he could had finish with me first

the wait was a bit long and then he recognized that he could help both of us, so he did. It explicitly stated before I rented that it is $19.95 to rent the truck, plus mileage, but upon receipt, there was another rental charge of $39.90 added that I was unaware of. Kindly refund this promptly. I followed all of the rules and just got my dining room set and returned with a full tank of fuel. Thank you very much!

Customer service at pick up was great I returned my trailer well a head of the return time and I understand I will still be charged for the day I got an email at 5:40pm that i am being charged for 2 days I called and the person that answered the phone was very disrespectful wouldn’t allow me to talk and telling non sense that I rented for 2 days when i clearly have proof I rented for 1 then I asked for a manager repeatedly and she hang up on me I called corporate u haul to file a complaint and I will never rent from this I haul location ever again

staff did not inform me properly and I rented van for $19.99. was not told they charged 30.00 refuel and then the cost of gas I used the van for no more of them 4hours total returned at 11pm it cost me $292.61 for 4 hours i could have rented a car for a week. i demand a refund. I asked about the gall etc... I would not have rented this if i knew up front. i feel i was over charged or miss charged will be going in this week. unless you can fix this. I rent from you often so Imagin my shock.

Spoke with young lady at North Palm Beach uhaul she was polite wasn't much of a help though she just really throwed me back to Broward uhaul, where I was then told a supervisor was going to call me n never did ....so called uhaul customer service where this sweet guy name David directed me to the right department to process my refund, spoke with a uhaul agent by the name of levina .. she was swift , polite n got me through the process n no hesitation....thank you levina ...give levina a raise

My complaint is not with the Palm Beach Gardens location, but with U-haul in general. The original pick up location that was provided by U-Haul in my confirmation was BALLEWS AUTOMOTIVE 500 W COMMERCE WAY, JUPITER, FL 33458 (561) 529-4597. Not only did they not have the tow dolly, they claim they are not a U-Haul dealer. I had to drive 45 minutes in the opposite direction to another location to pick up the equipment I reserved, then back again to return it. This caused me to be nearly two hours late delivering the vehicle that I was transporting. As of this morning, Ballews Automotive is still listed as a neighborhood U-Haul dealer on your website. Poor business practice.

Did rental all on line and had to wait 30 minutes when I arrived to pick it up because computer system was down so had to redo order. Only one person working the counter. Warning light on on van showing Tire Pressure.

Truck was filthy, had graffiti all over it. Radio didn't work, handle for window broken, low air in tires, stearing wheel didn't tilt and was all the way up so had to try and look over it or through it
