Horrible accused me of stealing the trailer after it was returned perfectly on time had to spend my whole day on the phone with them because they couldnt find it comes 4pm and they finally said they found the trailer.

Chris RI rented a six by twelve trailer with ramp. The equipment I had to pick up was 66 inches wide. The ramp on the trailer is only 5 feet wide. Nobody told me this.So I drove over a hundred fifty miles round trip, wasted a quarter tank of gas and wasted five hours of my day.And I spent fourty two dollars on nothing.I try to get credit so that i could get another trailer but they said, no..I'm so dissatisfied and I will give you terrible reviews online

My other reservation was canceled due to Noone being at that store for pickup so when I came into this store I was already in panic mode but they were very understanding even though they were extremely busy themselves. I will highly recommend this Uhaul location to anyone who asks!! Thank you again!!

I had a reservation arrived on time waited over an hour only to get to the counter and be told they didn’t have my van and cannot accommodate me to a truck and wasn’t going to offer another location until I inquired. Eventually after me demanding they do something a guy came from helping another customer and said he will rent a truck to me. Need better customer service and better check on system . Wait times are extremely too long . I never experienced this at other locations much more busier

Joseph MThe vehicle was poorly maintained and seemed to struggle to accelerate, shift (transmission) or hold the line on the road (steering issue). The passenger door would not operate from the outside handle. I literally drove the vehicle 6-8 miles total and put more than 5 gallons of gas in it. Therefore, it was not "full" when picked up, regardless of what thew gauge said. I made two trips to the store for boxes in the week leading up to the rental and the service was slow, lethargic and employees seeming to go through the motions with no perceptible timeline to help you no matter how long you stood at the counter. In my first trip, they charged me for boxes that accompany a glass pack even though the box has a clear pre-printed label that says "free with the purchase of a glasspak." The only bright spot was the woman that checked me into the rental - very neat, polished, energetic and thorough.

James GTruck was almost out of fuel. Tire pressure monitor needed service and upon receipt of my online receipt I was overcharged by 9 miles. Called customer service who were helpful and did get a credit for me. Employees were nice. Seems disorganized.

Marc PEmployees seemed to want to spend minimum time providing service and answering questions. Ratchet straps on trailer were rusted and needed WD40 to function properly.

JOE II ordered two dollies and they had zero. They told me I could buy one. Why would I buy one for one day? That was a bad response..I was told it’s never guaranteed it’s first come first serve. Not a good way to do business. Lucky I had a friend that had one but I should not have to scramble on my end. I feel I should have been compensated a little something for the inconvenience. Not fun news to hear when moving can be stressful as it is. Also, the truck had graffiti on it.

Roberto GThe workers are never really motivated to do any more than necessary from the few times I have rented their. I had to go look for the yard guy to tell me which trailer was my rental, and he had just walked out and knew I was about to get out there with my vehicle. Equipment was good, place is clean.

PHILIP DThe trailer we were given had faulty wiring. Thankfully we caught it before we left and they were able to switch it out. However, after we left and loaded the trailer we noticed something strange with the tire. We asked to trade it out because we felt it was unsafe. They said no. So we ended up taking the 2 hour trip risking our safety and called roadside assistance once we reached our destination. We then found out that they sold us a trailer with a tire that was coming apart. The road side assistant said that we were very lucky that we made it safely and that it could’ve blown out while we were driving. He proceeded to show us where the tire was wrapping a part.

ROBERT MI found the on-site staff unfriendly and in able to communicate effectively. I couldn’t understand one of the staff members because he mumbled so badly. I also found the app check-in to take far too long because the online “agent” verifying license took ten minutes. Also, the app needs to somehow allow me to use the zoom function on my phone. It was difficult to get photos because I couldn’t get far enough away from the vehicle.

David WThe truck was in LOUSY condition, window lever was missing knob , so to open window you had to use two hands to turn arm, engine light was one, one front headlamp was not working, truck had over 77,000 miles, and obviously not well mantained
JORGE FNothing is ever how it should be! I rarely get the vehicle I pre booked. The mobile service is never fully mobile (they don’t leave keys in the box), and this cargo van was disgustingly inside!!! Spit, food, sticky stuff on the wheel and floor! Just disgusting!

PETER CI believe Kevin is name and he got me squared away. Mind you he was able to help me perfectly all whilst he was successfully helping folks with propane tanks as well as multi tasking with other customers who had equipment returns or car returns as well as answered my questions. He is very knowledgeable, patient and excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to answer my goofy questions and act as a 2nd pair of eyes when dismounting my car off the tow. Thanks again

Andrew RLocation was fine but the Uhaul process to rent takes way too long. All the picture taking and questions in the app and still takes 30 minutes to pick up the trailer once I arrived. Not to mention the 20 different upsell attempts before confirming the reservation. Tedious.
JOHN FThe equipment I ordered with the uhaul was not available, without warning, forcing me to purchase the equipment onsite. When I arrived at the location, no one was available in the store. I had to call the location from inside the store to get the employee to leave her office. Seemed to have no knowledge of how anything worked and just referred me to the online instructions. Will warn people to never use this location.
MICHAEL MThe attendant handed me the trailer, but he had to go back to the office to grab a cable harness and I was waiting for a long time for his return. I went to the office to see why he was taking so long, the harness was on the counter and he was helping another customer . I didn’t like that at all. I told him he could had finish with me first

KENNETH Jthe wait was a bit long and then he recognized that he could help both of us, so he did. It explicitly stated before I rented that it is $19.95 to rent the truck, plus mileage, but upon receipt, there was another rental charge of $39.90 added that I was unaware of. Kindly refund this promptly. I followed all of the rules and just got my dining room set and returned with a full tank of fuel. Thank you very much!

KEVIN LCustomer service at pick up was great I returned my trailer well a head of the return time and I understand I will still be charged for the day I got an email at 5:40pm that i am being charged for 2 days I called and the person that answered the phone was very disrespectful wouldn’t allow me to talk and telling non sense that I rented for 2 days when i clearly have proof I rented for 1 then I asked for a manager repeatedly and she hang up on me I called corporate u haul to file a complaint and I will never rent from this I haul location ever again

DARIUS Tstaff did not inform me properly and I rented van for $19.99. was not told they charged 30.00 refuel and then the cost of gas I used the van for no more of them 4hours total returned at 11pm it cost me $292.61 for 4 hours i could have rented a car for a week. i demand a refund. I asked about the gall etc... I would not have rented this if i knew up front. i feel i was over charged or miss charged will be going in this week. unless you can fix this. I rent from you often so Imagin my shock.
