Fuck No!!! I will never rent anything from U Haul again. I was to pick up at M-59 & Gratiot. I had to travel another 30min away to pick up at 13 mile & Gratiot; putting me 90 minutes behind schedule. Fuck you assholes I'm going out and buying a new trailer.

NICHOLAS RHave more than one person working in entire place on a Saturday morning. Had a truck reserved for 9am pickup. When I arrived there were 6 people in front of me. We had people waiting for me to bring the truck. The poor guy working was doing everything completing rentals answering phone taking people to the equipment that they rented. During the time I was there at least 4 people walked out.

I explained to him a dead battery isn’t insurance claim. I was given the wrong number to call for service. Everything was terrible. Staff very u professional with poor working equipment. I will never go back or recommend anyone there.

Sue SWell when the gentleman hooks up the car dolly and tells me I’m good to go. Then my wife that is following me calls to tell me the brakes lights are out on dolly and truck. While I’m making a move from Michigan to Tennessee. Then I told the guy I’m dropping the trailer off at the same place as the truck. But he puts it down as a round trip. I’m towing with Uhaul moving to Tennessee, why would I say round trip???

Jacob MState your payment policy. Had to make 3 different trips to get money off one card then was told no cash then had to go reload the money on card. It was a big inconvenience not to mention put me behind a. Hr in my travel.

PAMELA CThere was some intrique between the workers my rental was split between a less experienced worker and his apparent senior. The new guy selected a vehicle for me., one that I requested. The senior subbed in another. Fine I took the sub, it seemed fine. When i returned it early. I got a printed receipt processed by the senior handed to me on camera by the new guy. I did not exceed the milage but was overcharged., For the first time in almost 100 rentals I am calling now just having noticed.
