Mark MPickup was fast & easy. The equipment was new with power mirrors & power windows (HUGE Plus) the man at the front seat was knowledgeable and efficient. Drop off was easy & extending my rental in the app was simple and fast.
KENNETH LI reserved a uhaul near my house, 7 days in advance with 24*7 truck pickup. But when I reached the location, Uhaul forgot to put the keys out. So I had to wait on customer care to get me a new Uhaul (as all my stuff was outside my house and had no choice) which was 20 miles from my house. I had to start shifting from 9.30 pm but because of this bs, I started at 12.30. It delayed my shifting to next day, very tired and Sunday ruined and my time as well. And in the end I had to go to 20 miles far on a Sunday boston traffic to drop the uhaul. And then uber back. Never doing uhaul again and not recommending to anyone. I will post this review everywhere and spread this wherever I can. Such shitty service.

CHRISTIAN RThis is peak season for moving in the Boston metro area. There was only one person manning the desk and a line. I waited an hour to get my truck. That's an hour out of the time I paid for. And then the dolly and 12 furniture pads I rented weren't available. And then the truck worked, but just barely. It _struggled_ to get to second gear even when the truck was empty. Overall this rental experience couldn't fulfill the experience promised and what it did have was way below expectations.

ROBERT PI can't recommend it to a friend because it's cheaper to rent a truck for 24 hours than for 10 hours like I rented it, it cost me double, so if you think that if the client is going to rent it for a couple of hours and it's going to be more expensive, it's better to tell the client to rent it for 24 hours, even if he returns it sooner, you always have to take care of the client, that's why I'm not going to recommend them because they charged me two installments, which should have been only one, I'll make sure to tell all my friends not to hire their services, don't bite the hand that feeds you.
EDY MThey were able to fit us in right away and the price was very reasonable...I do have to be honest though, we had a 7a appointment, but the guy showed up about 30min late. He did great work and otherwise no complaints. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for hitch installation.

I wasted a lot of time trying to get it down, and since I ultimately couldn’t unlock it, I could only load the truck halfway because I was afraid my things might fall onto the road. As a result, my move took twice as long, and I don’t think it’s fair to have to pay for another expensive day

Kristin GBoth tires blew out along the way. Had to wait for roadside assistance two times for two hours each on the side of the interstate. The trailer should not have been sent out with bald tires.

I’ve been U-Haul customer for over 10+ and always have great experience but today I have a ugly experience when I returned the auto transport, that person was rude and veto unprofessional, I understand people can have bad day but be professional at your job and respect loyal customers.

FREDERICK REasy transaction, easy trailer installation set up and return of a motorcycle trailer no issues.
CHARLES MMinor items - chair at service counter was very low - appears to have a failed height adjuster. - parking lot surface beginning to deteriorate Attendant was pleasant, processed the pick up quickly and helped hook up the trailer.

PAUL TYour charge for insurance was significantly high, as such I did not take it. You were charging $14.95 for the trailer I rented, then quoted 16+ dollars to the insurance if I wanted if the insurance was more reasonable 5 to 7 dollars, I probably would have taken it.
