The guys were great! Very helpful and friendly. Much appreciated all their help and especially being a little flexible on the return time as I ran into a couple of time delays during my rental. I was stressed about getting it back on the dot and the Rep (cant remember name) Danny? Was more concerned about my safety than the time and said to drive safe and keep us posted. Super cool. They didn’t have my U-Haul ready I had to get a bigger one for a higher rate and price, the U-Haul they gave me the door was hard to close and wouldn’t close fully, the driver door doesn’t close fully all the time even after slamming it

The guys that work here are very nice, and I like that they have a small dumpster for leftover packing materials, etc., at the end of a rental. Definitely recommend this location, and they usually have a van available, which is nice.

The representative at the store noticed that I was a little lost looking for my assigned mobile check in vehicle and came out to show me where it was parked. Friendly and kind guy. Gave clear instructions for returning after hours.

The dome light inside the truck for some reason would not turn off no matter what we did. It seemed like there was an open door, but there was not. The AC was going in and out so it might be in the fritz or on its way of not working completely anymore. Overall the truck was great, thanks!

Tried to use the app to pick up the truck but it wouldn't work, even for the manager, so I had to leave without being able to indicate damages to the truck, or even know if the check-out was complete. I called later to make a note on the truck, but I shouldn't have had to do that if the app would have worked.
