DARREN GYour mileage rates, per the contract, per the verbal indication and per your website ($1.39/mile) are very well hidden and not obvious. It took alot of searching on your website to find the mileage fees. Not happy with the overall charge of $390 for mileage for one day. You should do better for disclosing the rates and the different rate options between vehicles.

TONY HI was looking in the U-Haul parking lot for how to make sure the parking brake was not on, but I didn't know there was just a button for it . . . maybe there should be some mention of that at start up, at least in the Ford vans.

RODRIGO AIt is difficult to gauge how much gas to put in when it’s given to you with half a tank. It is much easier if the gas is full and that way you return it full. I spent much too much time trying to get the gas gauge to read half when I was given half and I did follow directions on how many gallons to put in that they gave me on my receipt. The gas gauge didn’t move and didn’t move and didn’t move until it moved way past half.

ZHANE OI can't think of anything. The rental and checking process was smooth and quick. The staff was very attentive. The trailer performed without issue.
GLENN MI was giving a U-Haul truck and the door was defective. The latch got jammed at the top and I couldn’t close it which made me an hour late to my move in appointment to get my keys and also made me miss my parking appointment. Bob came out and fixed it and said he would apply a discount but when I returned the truck someone different was working and said Bob didn’t actually work there and shouldn’t of spoken on Uhauls behalf. That was weird because who did U-Haul send to help and why was he lying about working for U-Haul.
