U-Haul at this location has gotten better over time. This was a very pleasant and bureacracy-free experience with really nice and competent people who improved the experience by several notches over all my past U-Haul experiences.

david lThe van was left completely empty with barely 10 miles to go before E. The people behind the counter didn't really help much and had this attitude, we almost left without having the dollie appliance. The car tow dollie left light was broken so they fixed it but forgot to put back all the screws for both lights.

DAWN MThe Web site for return did not work for me, I ended up having to download an app which was also very rigid and doesnt even have a any online support without exiting the work, photos I've taken. I've incurred extra charge and I wasnt about to even request a call back. I received multiple contacts for returning the truck, but sparse communication for pick up in the truck and when things changed. I ended up dropping off the truck 12+ hours early as I didnt want to impact the next renter as I was impacted but the off hour drop off didnt allow any communication for me discuss the additional cost.
Jeff SWhen I had requested to make sure that I had purchased the Protection when picking up the vehicle, I am expecting that I have that protection applied. When reviewing the contract it was not purchased despite me asking for it. Also, I do not appreciate having a vehicle that is empty on gas. Gas in vehicles should be full on pickup with expectation of customers filling up before return.

robert rI was on the road for over 8 hours and at the last 30 miles before arriving at my destination the Car Trailer had a complete blowout on the passenger front tire. It startled the hell out of me because my $100 Thousand Dollar Corvette was on the trailer. It took 1.5 hours for a a repair man to arrive and repair the blowout. His work was exceptional to say the least. But it put me behind schedule by over 2 hours. UHAUL equipment is not properly serviced as it should be and the customers take it in the rear at the end because of poor maintenance procedure's.

STEVEN MWe had a horrible experience with the 15" foot truck we rented. The trailer door on our last run got messed up as we were about to close it after filling it up entirely. The steel wires on the truck the help the door coil up got tangled, I had to call for assistance which took over 2 hours. I had to call off of work because I had a loaded truck with no way of closing and locking it. The guy came and had no way of fixing it besides cutting the wires so the door would shut. Which ment I had to have someone holding this 300+ pound steel door open while we unloaded this fully loaded truck.

gerald iMake sure that you are giving the correct information. In Torrance CA I rented a utility dolly and a furniture dolly ONE WAY. I was told that I could return the rented equipment when I arrived at my destination in Minnesota. When I tried to return the rented equipment to a U-HAUL facility in Minnesota, the manager refused to accept it and told me I would have to drive 20 miles down the road to the U-HAUL facility where my U-box was stored. This manager complained that people from all over the country were being wrongly instructed that they could return rented equipment at any facility that was convenient.
