ROBERT NFIX YOUR APP/WEBSITE so that I can schedule a rental for 24 hours or more without having to go into the store!!!!! I have been VERY frustrated with this newest effort by UHAUL Corporate to prevent people from renting for a 24-hour period or more. We have a 4-day rental coming up in June, and I hope we dont have issues then. Might have to start looking at Ryder, Penske or even Home Depot for rentals if Uhaul continues to push short-term renting.
CHARLOTTE GClerk at counter was not responsive to "this" customer. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and secure before leaving the lot. They even allowed me to use the step stool for the duration of my rental. Without, I would have been incapable of re-entering the cab. EXTREMELY CARING for a slight physically impaired person. Much appreciation!!!!!!!

Joshua Man hour ago New I guess it's time to give credit where credit is due. I've been renting U-haul for many years,and these guys really know there business. As a mover I know moving day is the worst ! But if you let them guide the way, you get through it pretty smoothly like many others. Moving not easy for anyone . RAIMUNDAS ZGetting in and out of the lot is not ideal, the limited parking and one entrance and exit makes it tough. Otherwise all good.
ROBERT HPassenger belt buckle has broken housing. This means that while it mat click shut it pops open very easily. I had a problem creating an account in the app. It said there was a "problem on our end - please try again later" when (apparently) I already had an account. I discovered this when I got home. This caused a lot of frustration returning the vehicle when the return procedure was four basic steps. Why couldn't these "after hours" instructions be posted at the location instead of forcing us to use the app?"

JERRY SWhere I picked up the ride share the employee was rude, cursed at me and was extremely confrontational. I told the manager and he did not say a word or apology. It took the employee 1hr to install the trailer and did it incorrectly. I pointed it out to him and he stated that "I hit the shit out of it". He refused to spot me while I backed in and my sister (the passenger) had to help.

LEO ZMake sure you have enough employees when I returned it. There was a pretty big line for people trying to rent.

ALEX CEmployees should be more diligent in providing good customer service I was informed that my reserved pick up truck had a flat tire upon arrival. I was told that someone was on the way to fix it but it could take up to an hour. I was not offered a substitute. I had to ask if I could get another vehicle at the same rate. He said he would offer me a free dolly for my trouble. Upon leaving I decided to check the back of the vehicle and noticed that there was no dolly so I had to go back in the office to request.
