This is probably the greatest U-haul rental place of all time. I will be back whenever I need a truck or van.

Doree BI had an excellent experience. The gentleman who helped me was on the ball and very charismatic. Only issue that I had was that when I received the truck i only had an 1/8 of a tank, yet was expected to return it with a 1/4 tank . It doesn't make sense how I am liable to turn the truck in with more gas than I received it. If the expectation is to return the truck with a 1/4 tank, it should have a 1/4 tank in it. That was my only gripe with this experience.
Augie OMost of the employees were not dressed in any type of uniform or shirt identifying that they worked for U-Haul. I pulled in and was asked to ark in a different spot, the I was told to park again in the same spot, then I was asked to move again. It was insane at the level of disorganization. Not to mention the customer service was nonexistent. I would rather travel light years out of my way than to rent from this location again.

On busy days (like Saturday), it would be helpful to have clear signage as to where a line forms so that people can be taken in order. But overall, I have rented there multiple times and it has always been a positive experience.
RONALD GOutstanding customer service. They were totally prepared and easy to deal with. The truck was pretty clean but there was a big crack in the passenger side mirror and the windshield wipers were totally worn out.

MARTY PAllow one-way trips for trucks and cargo vans. I had to double back on pick-up / drop-off location from the area i was moving from. Essentially, one way trip would be convenient for me to drop off my rental of choice (cargo van) closer to where i moved to. But this was not the case.

BRAD PI have used this U-Haul location multiple times and it’s always been been a good experience. The van I rented was very clean and looked brand new. I think you need to tell people where the gas tank is. I was unable to find it at first. it. I never thought to look close to the driver’s door. My son pointed it out for me.

JOHN LI want to compliment the service provided by Tamara N. She is very professional, comprehends the entire process of moving and protected me from harm by informing me NOT to provide the payment code until after the moving work is completed. Long story short, one of the movers was on drugs and kept demanding money and I kept hearing Tamara's voice say, do NOT pay cash but use the code Uhaul provides and that saved my life. The mover was seriously on drugs and if I would have pulled out any money, the police stated that he likely would have harmed me. Thank God Tamara did her job and informed me about the process to pay with the code.

DARREN GYour mileage rates, per the contract, per the verbal indication and per your website ($1.39/mile) are very well hidden and not obvious. It took alot of searching on your website to find the mileage fees. Not happy with the overall charge of $390 for mileage for one day. You should do better for disclosing the rates and the different rate options between vehicles.

TONY HI was looking in the U-Haul parking lot for how to make sure the parking brake was not on, but I didn't know there was just a button for it . . . maybe there should be some mention of that at start up, at least in the Ford vans.
