STEVEN Cused to be a good place to go to, but service now is garbage. checked in 12:18pm, got hooked up 1:33pm. skinny guy left for lunch, tall guy was taking care of a long line of propane customers and equipment return customers, one lady inside the office with a long line of customers too. then tall guy leaves for lunch, so nobody left outside! then after 15mins, skinny guy comes back, takes charge of the office because lady needs to leavefor lunch too.. so still nobody outside to help me get my trailer! asked skinny guy if i could get help and if they were short staffed, answered me with "You Think?" .. what an asshole, shows how much they hate their job. after almost 1.5 hrs, finally got hooked up. this place needs some good managing
Billy DHave a more experienced person at the register/comp. She in correctly charged Every single in the line, me as well. I wa charged $30 for three boxes, 2xl, 1Lg. Thought it was for the dolly too. No. The dolly was an extra $7. Then she gave me a receipt for $10 and some change. Had to handle other through my bank. Never thus location again. Oh, then was called yesterday asking if I returned the dolly!!!
JAHMODD DCharged me $25 to throw away one empty small 99 cent slurpie container. Told Me to drop off at one location, then started messaging me saying no you can’t drop it off there. You gotta drop it off at this other location. Went to that location. U-Haul was not even there so I had to drive around even more to find another location. All them to charge me an extra 20 miles

Eleanor KTrying to check the truck out was a huge headache and the employees weren’t very helpful. The truck was awful! It actually felt incredibly unsafe to drive and several things were broken. This truck needs to be removed from rotation and this location needs to be audited for quality control.

STEVEN MVery dirty equipment old beat up vehicles nobody available to check vehicles in no paper receipts available they change a cleaning fee on return vehicles that are filthy when you receive them in the first place. I only came here as my usual location closes at noon on Sundays I won’t be back to this location

MICHAEL MThe U-Haul app is AWFUL. It's very slow and not user friendly at all. It's happy to get you a new rental but it doesn't want to complete the process. And the app is very bad at returns. It is like renting, it starts the process but stalls and won't finish it. Even the employees said they have a very hard time using their own system. Please spend some money on fixing the app

BUTOS PRude customer service... Wasn't helpful in telling my spouse where she could park and wait, since she was going to drive us back home after I returned the truck. She asked him nicely where she could park, and was met with a very sarcastic rude response to just wait in line behind the other u-haul trucks. Didn't make sense, since she ended up being stuck between two big trucks and she was obviously not the one driving/returning a u-haul. Once I got there, she noticed on her own where other cars were waiting and drove out. The staff could've just pointed that out to her in the first place instead of scolding her, as it was clearly a drop-off/pick-up spot.
