The inside and outside windshield were filthy. I could not even see out of it. It would also be nice if the gas tank wasn’t almost empty.

All the staff members here were extremely friendly, professional and efficient. I did not get the names of the customer reps, but the two black ladies were quite pleasant during my visit in requesting a rental truck. If you have the option to choose, opt for the Ford instead of the GMC. I have rented numerous trucks in the past, and the Fords had better drivability than the GMCs.

In addition to a cut lock the back of the truck had cigarette butts and wet tissue.We had to wash it out before we could start. Additionally, move time was extended because of the broken lock the truck could not be preloaded.

Customer service is very bad !! I received a truck with a nail in the tire, tire pressure did not come on until I got onto the freeway. The manager stated she forgot the truck was out of service. Upon returning the vehicle a different employee had me wait saying he will check me in after waiting 10 mins he said oh someone else can check you in . The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE ! Definitely would not recommend

1)Have gas in the truck 2) Online check in is useless , never worked for me 3) IT department needs to clean up infrastructure. System is always down whenever I need to rent or return Other than that all employees are helpful; especially India. Shes fast on her feet while remaining calm, professional and kind- she deserves a promotion & raise. I run my own business and appreciate great customer service…

I forgot my eye glasses in the rental van. I reported it to the 800 customer service center as it was after hours. I was informed I would receive a call following opening, but that did not happen. I called the store at opening & there was no answer. I phoned the 800 customer service center again. The rep called the store and was told by Lena (sp) no glasses were found. I made a conscious decision to go to the store and double check. I encountered the parking lot attendant who informed me that my glasses were in fact recovered and in the lost and found. Lena did not personally look for them or inquire about them from other employees as she reported to the customer service rep. that she did. I have no plans to patronize UHaul on Solano (Vallejo, CA) in the future.

Systems kept crashing so it took 1 1/2 hour to secure a u-haul that was already reserved online. In addition the U-hual I received was full of U-hauls supplies including gas tanks and spare tires. I secure U-huals for my small business often and I will never reserve one at the Vallejo location again. That's IF I ever give U-haul my business again.

The staff at the Solano location in Vallejo Calif is so awesome and professional. They went above and beyond offering assistance and advising me of things that would contribute to a smoother move into my new place. Ivory, Lewis, and India ( The Manager) actually everyone at that location are A+ rated!

The staff made me get back in truck turn it around and drive in the direction they wanted it to come in. I could not see where to enter and came in from a side street and side entrance not marked exit. They could have taken keys flipped around and checked over everything all at same time. Instead I had to go back out move it, then go back inside. Then I was told your good to go... I said no, I need a receipt. Then I had to wait for the guy to have someone else go out and check the vehicle over and come back to say good to go. Lot of steps for me upon return. Seemed to complicated compared to check out where they were very attentive.

The gentleman that help at the desk was very helpful. The mileage was incorrect as was the gas amount. He instructed me to take a picture. I'm glad I did. When I got to my drop off location, they tried to charge me for mileage, and I had proof that it was incorrect to begin with.
