Probably not the branch's fault bur they first changed my location to Owego unexpectedly, then they didn't have the requested truck giving me a giant 26 foot beast. At check out they almost charged me twice than the amount agreed upon with Uhaul. Horrible experience

JOSEPH KPick up was fine. Unfortunately, we discovered a leak on our arrival in FL. Fortunately, the only thing that got wet were dishes and blankets.

Jason BEasy on line rental arrangement. Responsive staff in place with access to rental information and well-prepared t handle the rental first thing in the morning on a busy day (Bob the manager brought staff in early to accommodate anticipated rush). Counter person Krista was knowledgeable about all aspects of the job from handling the rental contract, hitching up the trailer and accepting the return. Could not have been better. Thanks.
KURT DThe service at the location was excellent! However, my experience with uhaul overall was not. I did not receive a call, text or email that the pickup location had changed until an hour AFTER my pickup time. I will seek other options in the future

JOHN MPleasantly surprised that I had a great experience at a UHaul. This location might be one of the rare ones. Gentleman at the counter was informative and really seemed to care about the vehicles and customers needs. Hope this kind of service continues for others.
Corey LDisappointed. You asked if we could return trailer earlier since there was a high demand in the returning area. We brought it back 2 days earlier but still paid full price. Would expect a discount for early return.
DANA IJames was extremely helpful in offering all the necessary information to help me determine which trailer rental would best suit my needs. He also provided exceptional customer service to remove stubborn rust from my hitch with a sledgehammer that was preventing my rental transaction from taking place. This was my second time getting extraordinary assistance from this manager.
LISA RSeemed overwhelmed but he was able to take the auto transport with no problems.

Gene HWas handed the keys to the truck and told it’s located in the line over there. Truck was never pulled around nor was a walk around done to look at any existing damage. Horrible customer service at this site!
MADISON MClean the uhauls. The cab had Millie’s all over the floor and broken windshield glass in the doors and all over the dash.

Douglas KMy husband was sweeping out the back of the 10 ft van we rented. The guy in the store came out AND GOT in truck AND JUST DRIVE OFF WITHOUT LOOKInG OR CHECKING THE BACK !!! MY HUSBAND fell Out OF THE TRUCK ! HE FELL RIGHT ON HIS BACK!! You Need TO BE MORE CAREFUL!!
JAMES SVan had heavy smoke smell and floor in the back looked like oil had been spilled. Windshield had a chip in the glass.

sten sJessica, the person working the counter was friendly, and she processed my paperwork for my reserved truck. Once inside the truck I noticed the truck cab was dirty but I ignored that and drove away. When I got to my house and opened the back gate the truck had 2 dirty wooden pallets in it and the floor was completely covered with dirt...unbelievable. I immediately drove back to UHaul, told Jessica what happened, and she arranged for me to get a new truck. I told her I should have checked the truck before I took it, and she said I shouldn't have to do that. It was obvious that the 1st truck was not checked out before it was rented to me. Anyway the 2nd truck was clean, and I completed my trip with it. I told Jessica the fuel gauge in the 2nd truck wasn't working properly and at one point it showed empty when I had filled it with 18 gallons of gas. Jessica did compensate me for the issue with the 1st truck by reducing my mileage rate to .89cents/mile which I appreciated. However I will caution anyone renting a truck to check it over before leaving the lot.
Michael POnly negative I had was that the truck was on a quarter tank and 5 miles into my drive the needs fuel notification came on. Other than that great location and always very helpful/kind.
CHRISTOPHER SSometimes the trucks make loud noises on humps.

TERENCE BI had changed my order from a 10ft to a 15ft a week before the rental and they could not get a 15ft to the location. SYR wanted me to drive an hour away to pick it up or switch to a 20ft. I made do with 10 ft Luckily I was taking two other vehicles to the destination. Jason in Vestal has been a pleasure to work with. I would go back and use Jason again.

PATRICIA LI had rented a truck paid for that then had to have it an extra day. They charged me for that then another charge for something else. I called uhaul and Jennifer said yea those charges will come off it will be 210 so I disputed the charges so ended up paying more then double the 210.. unbelievable
Lori TJust mentioned that the back tires were getting wore down to the point that they needed to be replaced soon . Everything else seemed good.

JAY MThere was some confusion the first truck had a light out so we had to change trucks I didn’t get a new paper contract so I think they went off the first contract so it showed more gas used so they charged me but other than that I was very satisfied the clerk was friendly and professional

LORRAINE LThe truck wouldn't start first night we had it.road side tech said passenger wasn't shouting right .make sure we slammed it to get it closed.the day iwas to return it went o gas station to fillit.itstalled and wouldn't start again!roadside service couldn't get it to start .so the y towed it away left us stranded.got a call next day asking me to bring truck back.they had no idea it was towed.still havnt heard from them about if I'm owed money because I didn't use the miles I asked for .also had just filled the tank. And havnt heard a thing from uhaul. Getting ready to call corporate. And see what the heck is going on. Dont think ill rent uhaul again.might try another company. I have rented from them before with no problem.this time was a nightmere. Roadside service took a hour and a half to show up both times I had to call so lost 3hours of use.good thing I paid for the service when I rented it.not so pleased with my experience this time.and would use caution if I Ever rent from them again. Guess you get what you pay for and sometimes you don't. Definatly pay for roadside service you will probly need it!
LYNDA LHave the tank full. My rental 15' truck was at 6 miles left before empty! I filled it to make it 210 miles and lost 120 miles to empty of fuel non reimbursement!
