Michael MWhen I made my reservation online I requested a location 2 miles away from my home. There are 4 locations within 5 miles of my home. When I was contacted the night before to confirm my pickup location it was 17 miles away. It would be nice if i could have had a more convenient pickup location.
JOHN MVery busy location. But very friendly staff. I was intending to pick up using the mobile app (but it super sucks, and kept crashing. So it took my payment but never actually gave me instructions to get the keys or anything like that! Not the staff’s fault, at all). So I had to wait in line to speak to the staff. Once I did, everything went very smooth! Truck smelled like they covered up cigarette smoke (at some point); other than that truck was great.
BENJAMIN GI use this location often and always feel satisfied with the staff and management.
RICHARD CI had issues with the equipment (handcart & blankets). I chose not to include this in my rental agreement because I did not need it. This is a product that I did not reserve or order. Most importantly, it took a lot of space in the truck. For this reason I was unable to completely load my stuff in the the truck (No full loads). This cost me to have to make more trips Than expected.
GABRIEL RSeriously U-Haul - I dragged a trailer 850 miles for you and when it was all said and done, you charged me .44 yes 44 cents for going 4/10 of a mile over what you had allotted to me. Must be hard up for money or something……

BARBARA MThe service was extremely slow considering we were the first customer of the day. Our trailer was hooked up and also attached to a second trailer because the employee failed to notice it was back up too close to the trailer behind it. When we tried to drive away we drug the second trailer. They had to remove our trailer and reattach it which delayed our plans substantially. When we got to our destination the trailer almost came off our ball hitch because it wasn’t fully secured, nearly causing our load to spill out of the back of the trailer. I would not use this location again.

DARYL MWe were assigned a van that was filthy and had pet hair on the seats. The display indicated low tire pressure and when we told the representative he said it’s fine to drive it that way. We requested to exchange the van as we didn’t want to drive a vehicle that was in poor condition

ZIA AFirst 2 vehicles were faulty, so I had to complain to get a new vehicle
NICHOLAS BMari, the front desk helper quoted 15 ft truck $124.49 only for 2 days rate over phone as well as signed rental contract at the time of pick up, without mentioned over limit milage charge at all, we found out extra milage charge until return. We'll gladly pay whatever charge should be if were notified ahead, not sure why she didn't disclose all necessary fee, this wasn't a good business practice. Other than that, she was rather pleasant to talk to. BTW, this is my first time renting U-Haul.

JOHN DIt was honestly one of the best experiences I've had renting from U-haul. The representative That assisted me with the rental was kind and knowledgeable and got me in and out very quickly. I'm in construction and have to rent quite often and this has become my go to location because of the excellent customer service. Thank you.
ONNA GI was never at this location. They are scam artists at these places charging me for something I didn't know about until 4 months later after I brought up the fact that it wasn't me renting from this place. They are charging me for a crack in a windshield from the place I rented a truck from. Once I was asking why my email kept coming back with receipts from rentals in another state they miraculously said that I had returned the truck with a chip and a crack the size of a hand. Chips lead to cracks and there is no way anything hit the windshield while it was rented by me let alone a crack which takes months to develop. I will never rent from Uhaul again and will definitely have my lawyer involved for being charged $657.00 for a windshield which by the way is way over charged.

Delton JThere was only one person at the counter dealing with what seemed like a complicated rental. The transaction meant I waited almost 15 minutes for help.
JOSE OOne employee told me my total was $200 something but when I delt with another employee because I was paying cash ,she told me it was $300. Something. I don't know how it jumped up a hundred dollars. I don't think ill be using this location anymore.

MICHAEL FI got charged $48 for 8 gallons of gas, when I brought the vehicle back PROBABLY needing one to two gallons to refill back to the line I got the vehicle at. There’s no way I should’ve been charged for 8 gallons. Unacceptable.
