richard dThis is the second time I have rented a 26' truck from this facility that required repair. The vehicle is the same one I rented in November and it has the same problems - misfire off idle when under load. This made our move very uncomfrotable when on the road. The location is very busy and the vehicle is much in demand.
DAVID WGreat service is always! Seems like I’m at this location all the time lately either running equipment or getting propane. The guys are always pleasant and professional. Robert and Devin were especially helpful and accommodating with i the most recent trailer rental. I needed to extend my rental at the last minute. Devin was able to maneuver and come up with a solution even though he needed my trailer and I wasn’t in town. I really appreciate the extra effort!

TERRENCE DThe U-Haul App is terrible. It took me 30 minutes to pick up my truck and over 30 minutes to return it. Also, the hand truck I had ordered was not in the truck as it was supposed to be. I had to get an employee to get it for me. On my return, The app was requiring me to take all the required photos over and over. I finally had to ask for help. The young man who was trying to help me was unable to do so and finally had to ask someone else for help. The person who finally helped me tried to finish my return through the app and finally had to just tell me my return was completed. I will never, never, never use the app again. It is absolutely horrible, frustrating, and does not work properly.

Kyle PThe locations were fine. I had more issues with the 800 number. When I reserved there was an option for a cheaper rate if I would drop at a different location. Two days later that DNR’s drop off location was my new destination and the price reduction was gone. Luckily I took a screen shot It took several calls and tmiltiple Transfers to get it finally fixed at the location that to me I needed to call the 800numver in the first place.

NATHAN JMy pick up time for truck was 5:45 pm however, I stop by store that morning. The guy told me if truck come in 2:30 he would call me. However no call and I came to pick up at 5:45 pm it had been canceled. A different counter person from that morning said it was canceled. I got a different charge from over the phone to in the store. This wasn't cool at all and I have always used uhaul for storage, trucks, packing paper as well. My truck I thought was going to shut off and it took a long time to shift into gear. Pinellas Park is where I usually go.

DAVID HProvide customer service training to employees. When I arrived in the morning the woman that provided me with the van, I was renting was more interested in talking about global warming and political views. She did not provide me with information about the steps, I needed to take care of when renting the van. The only reason I did what was needed was because of the automated message sent. She did not ask if I needed a dolly, boxes or anything else. She also did not correctly record the mileage on the van. I did take a photo of that when I took the photos of the van. It did not change the fact that I was OVER CHARGED on mileage. I understand it was not a large amount, but it does not change the fact that it was incorrect and was not corrected. The young men that where there in the evening were more business professional. When I pointed out that the mileage was incorrect, and the photo showed it. He did not make the correction.
ANDREA KRent the wrong trailer and returned it in 45 minutes but I still had to pay for full price even I rent again for the bigger one. Paid both full price for using only 2 hours

CHARLES TOnly thing that comes to mind is I don't remember being told that I had to take pictures and go to a link. Office renting, paperwork and customer service was great. A gentleman met me outside, hooked everything up, we talked about the trailer and I left about 3 hours later after getting done loading up I realized I had a text about the link which had expired? Overall experience was 5 Star. Thanks

KATIANY PTHE VEHICLE WE WERE GIVEN HAD MECHANICAL ISSUES, THE TRANSMISSION WAS SHIFTING ROUGHLY AND THE BRAKES WERE FINICKY AND WOULD SOMETIMES GRAB WITH OUT MUCH PRESSURE ON THE BRAKE PEDAL. WE REPORTED IT TO THE OFFICE UPON CHECKING BACK IN.

MARIUS LYour "pick up my truck" part of your app SUCKS!! Had to go inside and do everything I did on line over again. Not the fault of the pick up location, it is the fault of the app designer and poor implementation. Fix it!!!!
