Fast, efficient service provided by the staff. Hassle free check in and the Manager (Joe?) was great to deal with. Would recommend this U-Haul location to anyone looking to use moving truck services!

Marsha RThis place is set to charge you as much as they can regardless of what you need. Staff is not professional to handle costumers as apparently this feels more like it is a smoke shop. Store smell like weed and the staff seems like to enjoy the “high” environment. As for the equipment, there were a lot of flaws which we can say is for the use and tear. But wiring for the hitch is not a game it is a safety hazard. I was given a “defected” wire and staff didn’t bother to check it I found out when I left the equipment to another branch where they confirmed this is a potential serious hazard the words where: no light while you in the highway? Who ever left you leave like this in one of U-Haul branch should be fired immediately. This was at Brandon branch. They were nice and walk with me with all protocols and safety procedures in case something arises before I left the premises, thing that the st Pete branch didn’t do. I understand that the “owner” title can be challenging but costumer services classes are cheaper if you purchase them in bulk for your staff. Godspeed,

CAROL LThe left tail light was completely out on the tow dolly we rented. They did offer to change it out for a different tow dolly but was already hooked up and so we kept the the we got and had no issues using it but it would have been nice for it to be tested and ensure complete working order before we did the complete hook up, otherwise it was a good experience.

SEAN HI had rented a truck from Budget and when I picked it up it didn’t start and was a klunker. I looked across the street and saw U-Haul. I went there in a panic and they gave me a truck, no hassle, clean as a whistle, nicest staff- I was so happy! I won’t go anywhere else!!!

JOHN BThis has always been my go to U-Haul location for local rentals. Staff is friendly and helpful, and they get the job done right. However, this time I was charged for another 24-hour rental period, when my truck was returned within 15 minutes of the original rental time. I was thinking that there would some small grace period, but apparently not.
PHILIP SThe Ford cabs on the 20ft UHAUL are not ergonomically friendly for a long haul drive - poor leg room and seating position - incredibly loud when climbing hills and the transmission downshifts - great engine and powertrain, drove and handled well for its size but excruciating to drive more than an a few hours. this has nothing to do with the location, the service at the location was excellent!

ROBERT TTrailer , acted like a kite behind my Ford E150, at only 30 MPH . I told the Sraff about it and the ramp gate , gade to be forced down fie the last 8 inches before griund contact. Running boards where coated with dirt and salt buil up . I was lucky I only had a load of household items to dump. This trailer needs to be looked at . The regularperson would have had real problem if this equipnent gad to go long . It would not handlevover 45 mph . REALLY Bad whipping moition , Not Safe needs ovehaul. Or to the scrap yard. If I needed a trailer for a figure 8 DEMOLITION RACE OB friday night I would use that one. Cars behind me on road scared to pass this kite. Thank you

I grateful for the kindness, as I just laid my only child to rest and was moving her stuff to storage until I could go through them. But I am always dumped into the Uhaul at 66th Street near 38th Ave N. They seem to have every type of machine you could need and always fast and friendly service. Thank Joe (the manager/owner)
