DEBBIE BThe ratchets on the car hauler were nearly inoperable, one strap was a flat strap and not a basket style/net style strap and seemed unsafe. Also, the lug nuts were loose on the trailer.

ROBERT TTrailer , acted like a kite behind my Ford E150, at only 30 MPH . I told the Sraff about it and the ramp gate , gade to be forced down fie the last 8 inches before griund contact. Running boards where coated with dirt and salt buil up . I was lucky I only had a load of household items to dump. This trailer needs to be looked at . The regularperson would have had real problem if this equipnent gad to go long . It would not handlevover 45 mph . REALLY Bad whipping moition , Not Safe needs ovehaul. Or to the scrap yard. If I needed a trailer for a figure 8 DEMOLITION RACE OB friday night I would use that one. Cars behind me on road scared to pass this kite. Thank you

I grateful for the kindness, as I just laid my only child to rest and was moving her stuff to storage until I could go through them. BRIAN CThe location is easy to get into and out of. It's not ideal for me because I'm near Tropicana Field and there is a Uhaul facility right there! But I am always dumped into the Uhaul at 66th Street near 38th Ave N. They seem to have every type of machine you could need and always fast and friendly service. Thank Joe (the manager/owner)

DAMARIS QI was trying to rent closer to home. The uhaul website contacted me the day of the rental and told me I had to go to a different store! This sucked because I had to drive 15 more miles to pick up and drop off the trailer. Get it straight where and when you pick up!

PETER BEverything was fine. I would only recommend doing something to hold the dolly from moving around in the bed of the pick up truck. It was a very good truck All the employees were professional & helpful.

I don't remember the man's name, but he helped us replace the hitch, and we didn't even have to get our hands dirty😅 The trailer was clean inside, which was a pleasant surprise. I was also surprised by the prices. We rented a trailer for the first time and paid $40 for a whole day for a large trailer. In general, we will definitely use U-Haul's services for our next move.

Yvonne HI only needed the trailer for a day but because I picked it up in St Petersburg and dropped it off in Ft Myers Fl., which was only two hours away, They charged me for two days. Which was $176.00. Next time I will pick up a trailer for $45.00 take it with me and return it to the same location. I could have saved $130.00

JASON BWhen I called, I asked if I could return to a closer location to my new home, I was told yes, no problem. When I got there, I was told the price would be closer to $140.00 for the $29.95 sized truck and I could not rent that truck, it would need to be a larger one....

BRUCE BI was charged almost double my rental agreement with no phone or conversation. I was NEVER TOLD that could only drive the truck on trip… we were moving and I would made arrangements differently knowing we had to make 2 trips.. I am moving from Illinois to Florida next month from my 5 bedroom home and was going to Uhaul and probably spend thousands of dollars… but that will no longer be the case… I will be using another service! No customer service offered at the Palmetto U-Haul!

DAVID GRented auto transport I purchase vehicle. On my way to pick up vehicle being towed tire exploded on trailer, and was stuck on I75 for 3.5hours waiting for roadside to arrive. Due to the blown out, I missed out purchasing new vehicle and rented the trailer for no reason.
