Truck not clean. Thing keep popping up gas cap light gas cap was on just fine. And so dirty I had to clean to uhaul

THOMAS HNeeded to drop off a trailer and even though it was listed as a 24 hour friendly drop off location there was a gate to get into and no code. Felt sorry for customer service because they tried to help but didn't have the code to open the gate. Thankfully maintenance showed up and let us in to drop off the trailer.
JACQUELINE KThe manager of this location is very rude and unprofessional. My truck wasn't even on half a tank when I got it, wasn't clean and then I was billed almost $400 in extra charges almost two weeks after returning my truck? Never again!!!

THOMAS HEmployee wasn't there initially and trying to find out what to do via the phone number provided came back as "phone unavailable" - luckily, after trying, and then going around the building, was able to get it dropped off.
STEVEN MConvenient and easy to get too. There was dirt in cab when we picked it up and gas tank was not where it was supposed to be. We drove to front so asst manager could document so we would not be charged.

ELAINA PBlue Sky Storage is located in an area where there the cell phone reception is not very good. This business stated that they do not have wi-fi to connect to, which made the entire mobile pick-up & drop-off experience frustrating. It took far too many attempts to upload the required photos for each section. I gave up on trying to drop off the truck through the mobile app completely; the service was so spotty on-site that the app would mostly load infinitely when trying to upload any photo that was required. It's also worth noting that in the uHaul app it states that I just needed to go inside the business to retrieve the keys since I did the mobile pick-up option. I thought that was simple enough, but the business made me take extra steps and do the entire ID verification process again to get the keys. The entire pick up process was about half an hour, mostly due to the technical issues on the app caused by the bad cell phone reception.
CORWIN AThe only problem I would like to point out is that the lower portion of the passenger side side view mirror was missing I didn't notice it until I got out on the road. This made merging to the right dangerous as there was a large blind spot. Luckily my assistant was with me most of the time and helped by looking out the window. What bothers me is that it was not noticed by the team at the location before releasing the vehicle for rental.
Liora AWhere you enter or drop off is not marked. The staff were outside smoking cigarettes as we tried to figure it out and said nothing. This was just a bad experience all around. I'm glad I moved to a larger City where there's other companies that provide people with moving trucks.

DUZAGHI TFound out the drivers side mirror was loose and lost rear view vision, a safety hazard. Also truck roof must have a leak as some boxes were wet after an overnight rainfall.

Waltina CThe staff was very nice and tried to help, but they were not trained on the trailers. The trailer had no jack so had to be lifted on and off the hitch, this was very inconvenient. Even at drop off, having to lift the trailer myself was very difficult. The trailer also had no working lights, I know it isn't my vehicle as other trailers lights work correctly, but not the trailer I paid for at U-Haul. And to finish the return spot was not secure so when dropping off I was afraid it would be stolen before morning when staff would return.
Dolly JThe employees of the franchise had no idea what they were doing. The uhaul was trashed and didn't come with the items I had requested. I had to rent dollys from homedepot instead of using the ones I reserved from you all. They didn't have a safety pin for my trailer and offered me zip ties and a drill bit. I am extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with this experience after using uhaul for years.
