I had someone pick up U-Haul my appointment was 3pm we got there on time put was lost. Didn't know where to go on the site, saw the vehicle I rented. Once we finically made contact because I was also on the phone with U-Haul the 800 number they couldn't reach them. I said there is nothing they can do about reaching the site. So the person I sent made contact with someone we didn't get out of there until 4:30pm or so. I made reservations on phone and added person online. It seemed like forever and beginning to get frustrated. Finally able to get vehicle did our one haul and as far as I know wasn't any situation on delivery of vehicle back to site. The only thing they did was extend my time. Was hoping for the took some money off.
