The U-Haul was in unsafe condition to drive, we didn’t find out until AFTER we paid movers $800 to professionally load our vehicle that the vehicle had mechanical issues and had to wait HOURS for emergency road side assistance on our 10 hour move, delaying us and making to to where we couldn’t close on our new house on time.

Kevin DurenThis location in Milton was awesome! I had nothing but problems trying to pick up my entire rental. I reserved it for the closest location to me.. the day before my location to pick up changed to a 20 minute drive instead of 5 minutes. This is difficult when you're trying to move! And customer service was NOT helpful. The day of pickup my truck was available at the new pickup location but not the rest of my reservation. They sent me to another store 30ish minutes away. This particular store tried to give me stuff that I didn't reserve and even attempted to try and make me pay for a whole other entire reservation with the truck and everything! I am a single woman trying to move closer to my grandbabies since my husband passed away.... this is the LAST thing I need... more heartache, headache, and stress trying to move! The drop-off location in Milton Florida has been awesome! They understood what I needed and were egar to help! Thank you!

Charles JamisonI was really impressed by the service that I received as well as the overall rental process. It was easy and convenient and the lady helping me was awesome. The truck was in good condition and fairly new. The return process was a little off due to the app not finding my location and then not allowing me to take final pictures. This worried me a little when I left the vehicle parked on a non-business day but the rental contract was closed seamlessly and with no problems the next day.

The engine light was on and from speeds 30-50 the truck is a bucking bronco! I was getting car sick driving it! I literally had to go down the highway and back. This truck needs attention. Location is great!truck was old but clean.

Jack PhillipsFirst of all you need to hire new people to work in your office because the first girl that I spoke with didn't do her job correctly. She was very unprofessional. She let a customer get the wrong truck. The customer thought that she was renting the big truck but instead she accidentally got the smaller truck and because your employee was too lazy to get up off of her behind she ended up giving the customer Barbara the key to the smaller uhaul so when Barbara bought the truck back your lazy employee rented me the same truck that Barbara had driven and she didn't get up to check the mileage and gas on the truck so my contract said that the truck had a full tank of gas and the miles were at something that their really weren't. She told me that when I bought the truck back that she would fix it so that I wouldn't be charged for it. So when I brought the truck back that employee who told me that wasn't there (she was a young white heavy set girl) an older skinny white rude lady was there. I explained to her what happened and she gave me attitude even had the nerve to say that I could have driven the truck some where and took a picture of the miles so that I wouldn't have to pay for the miles. Then I told her how stupid that was to even suggest that because the lady had driven 13 miles so all I was saying is I wasn't going to pay for the miles that she had driven. If I was trying to get over then I would have said more than 13 miles duh. Also the mobile app that they say to use when you drop the truck off didn't work so they charged me extra for their bad service and it also didn't work when I had to take a picture of my driver's license so the lazy employee had to do it manually. They also kept drafting my credit card and over charged me. My experience with this company was very very bad and I would not recommend any one to ever go there
