While it's great that calls to a location that is not available get routed a U-Haul Call Center the handling of reservations or at least mine could have been handled much better. I placed a call to this location in Duncanville at 08:40 CDT as it's less than 3 miles from my house. I requested a a pick up truck, was given reservation number 84502513 and said it would be ready in an hour which I thought was odd that I just couldn't go and get it and was told I would get a call when ready. Instead of waiting for a call I gave them the hour and went to the Duncanville location at 10:00 CDT where I was told that they do not have pick up trucks and I had reached the call center as my call had rolled over. While talking with the woman there I got a text form U-Haul that a truck would be ready in Dallas (10 miles away) at Noon. Fortunately I was able to get a cargo van which suited my purpose from the Duncanville location. The woman at that location was able to cancel my original reservation for me so I didn't have to make an additional call. The call center agent should let the customer know that they have not reached said location and let them know how they are going to help them because having known up front I would be waiting an additional 2+ hours and not too mention addition drive time and distance I would have taken a different approach.john K.

Better Customer service, I was given the run around, i came in to pay a balance I owed for a truck rental i was told to call customer service they couldn't take payment contract was closes out then customer service said location had to take it that it's wasn't in there dept,Sharonda N.
Eloise and her husband were very sweet. When I walked in they gave me the best southern hospitality. I think that was the best experience I have had at U-haul and I feel it was the little things. The greeting and being polite. I loved the experience.Chaaless M.

Lighting in the storage corridors are very inadequate. When attempting to retrieve items from compartment, one is faced with total darkness. Battery operated floodlights, or lighting which turns on and off based upon position of the door would be most helpful and definitely a welcome safety feature. Thank you.DIANE L.

Have more people like Eloise working there. She was very professional and friendly. People like her is what's missing from todays customer service. She kept the uhaul place very clean, unlike most I have been to and the cargo van was clean. Eloise was very thorough with explaining the contract and mileage. This by far has to be the friendliest couple in the business. They are not the closest and I have had to go there twice first I met The husband and next I was waited on by the wife and both of them are great people and went out of their way to make me a happy camper both times . The guy who helped my husband was very helpful. Nice to finally have a helpful person with Uhaul... After being sent a different address for drop off of the truck and a different address for storage, i had to call the main location and actually Duncanville location to make sure everything was good to go. While finishing up the reservation, the guy found out I was charged like 15,000 extra miles. Luckily he got everything squared away so we didn't have to pay extra. Good way to end the day after all the back and forth and confusing reservations details from the beginning.tori H.
