Person that came out to the rental return was very short and did not explain anything. Asked if an emailed receipt was okay, I said yes and they said I was done. Not let's look things over together, did I notice anything wrong how did the truck do, NOTHING.

Waited over 45 minutes to turn in returned vehicle although there were only two customers ahead of me.

Waited a long time to get help without being told “I'll be right with you.” The male receptionist finally helped me and called me over by not saying a word and instead using his hands with a “come here” gesture lol. Felt kind of weird to be honest, customer service impression was very degrading, made me feel like I was the worker and he was the customer. I almost told him “thank you for choosing U-Haul have a good trip.” We in the midst of a global pandemic, if you alive and well during this time that's every reason to be up and happy. Especially at your job when people are losing their jobs.

I picked up and dropped off my you haul on the 24th of this month. I did not catch the gentleman's name who was helping me, but he was a great help. He treated me with a sense of urgency as he did with all the other customers that were there. He did a great job moving the line fast but still took the time answer questions. Great efficiency. Moving a family of 5 across 3 counties completely sucks! I hope I never have to do this again, but if I do I'm going to Uhaul.

Different trailer then the one on the pictures. Running lights on trailer were not functional. When I told the lady at Uhaul she said they won't come on until the car turns on the headlights through the sensor. When I said I manually turned the light s on she said it doesn't work like that. Told us it would be fine. Well no running lights while we were driving at night. Note that there was another unit available in the lot.

The worst experience ever. I scheduled a 9 15 am pickup, the “system” was down, I Finally left at 10 30 am. I attempted to use the online check in and no touch pick up of vehicle, it would let me check in but not going any further. Website is not user friendly for vehicle pickup. The customer rep at the store (only one working, 10 people behind me line out the door) stated this “System” issue happens all the time on weekends and “wait until California signs on, it will be worse”. I have used U Haul many times in the past but I will research other choices going forward, no matter what the price difference might be. Like most reviews, I expect this one will go unread or the issue will not be addressed which leads to losing customers.

The guy who rented me the truck was very polite and friendly oppose to going to this location the day before and the guy was rude. I was hesitant to go back the guy was so rude. I actually walked out. I'm glad I did, totally different customer service experience. Very nice guy. I didn't get his name but very friendly. Star quality especially with everything going on the last thing you expect is to have someone rude when your day can already be stressful enough. Great customer service

The internet in the office was down so the check is process to pick up equipment was slow. The workers acted quickly and used their phones to check us in. Thankfully I had added a photo to my account of my driver's license so my check out was able to be processed faster then others. There needs to be a plan B uhaul for when the internet is down other then trying to rely on cellular networks that work on team members phones. One of the team members did not have a cell signal in the building, so he could not check people in. So one member was checking people in and the other was running and helping on the outside with the trucks. The team members did a good job handling the situation and they deserve props for responding in the way that they did and making the best of a very stressful situation.

Roadside assistance was awful. It took 3 hours after I asked for help to get any kind of reply. By then I resolved the issue on my own.

The man who checked me out was very kind, but the app had wrong information as far as what spot our truck was in. We had to walk all over the parking lot to find the lock, wasting 30 min of our 5 hour rental. Our pick-up time was 7am -the same time the store should be opening, but no employees were there. The live chat rep kept saying the store was open but it was not. I leaned at my checkout that no one got in that day until 9am instead of the 7 when it should be open.

1. Actually have employees present during open hours. I had to wait over 10 minutes along with other customers in the store for anyone to show up. 2. The old man who works there doesn't wear a mask. He snuck up on me while I was leaving and was breathing right over my shoulder maskless. This alone is reason to not recommend this location. And I will dissuade friends and family from renting here. 3. The pictures of the trucks damages were not up to date. The trim was all smashed up the front bumper was cracked in 3 places. This was not shown in the photos. I included photos prior to leaving the lot for my rental and commented on it in the pre-rental section of the mobile rental.

When i reviewed the status check you have to do before you leave the location, the pictures were not similar at all. The truck had significant damage in the form of scraped paint and dents on both sides however the pictures were from the day the truck was decal'd because the weather was not the same and the decals were in perfect condition. Even the front decal on the hood had suffered cracking from weather and significant sun damage over what i assume to be years of use since those photos were taken. This is disgusting that U-Haul would try to pin damages on a customer if they didn't thoroughly inspect the truck and take 9-10 pictures before they left the lot.
