you already charge 19.9 for the rental fee so you should lower the price per mile or cover the insurance on the vechile which ever works beter for you. al;so supply the dolly at no cost I rented one for 7 dollars and did not even use it. the truck ran fine but the check engine light was on the entire time I drove it. thank you.

Your U-Haul app sucks, I still had to go inside the truck I was assigned was in the back of the lot blocked by other trucks. I did not see a button to pick a different vehicle. Also your gas gauge and your vehicle sucks I went 18.8 miles I stopped and put 3.2 gallons of gas in it and I still got charged over $10 for gas

Took almost 40 mins to pick up the truck. (May have been short staffed) I was told to I needed to have the truck back at the same time despite having to wait 40 mins to get it. The truck was in ok shape.

I rented 2 vans on consecutive weekends. The guys were friendly and professional at 13/Ryan. Very impressive operation.

Representative at the uhaul location applied a "Safe moving plus" charge that I did not agree to on my bill. I did not sign anything to agree to the terms of the additional coverage. No damage occured. We utilized the unit for less than 30 miles

The door was extremely difficult to closed and open. When called to reported the location was close. When reported at drop off the clerk was rude and didn’t care the struggle we had to have the door shut. He didn’t apologize at all. He only said you should said something when you got the truck. No professional at all. We rented from the Grosbeak location. Experience was way better.

My cashier/advisor, who I’m assuming was the manager because a lot of people were seeking direction from him, was VERY rude. I truly hope that his day got better because whatever was plaguing made our interaction VERY unpleasant. From the checking out to the return of the vehicle.

The truck I had smelled like smoke/ ashes and was dirty from the inside. Had to wait for a while as only 1 person is working. I also mentioned to the representative that I filled up the gas tank almost to full when it wasn’t full when I picked it up. He ignored me twice. It would be appreciative if I can get my 10$ back.

They overcharged me, the truck I preapproved was gone for the day. So they told me they would upgrade the truck at no additional charge. The truck was in extremely poor running condition. They needed more help at this location, the wait time was terrible!

The key was not in the lockbox for the anytime rental. Couldn’t rent the truck last night. Left a voicemail for the office. No response.

The on-line reservation and supplies ordering was so efficient!! However, I guess having the supplies loaded in the truck and ready to roll would have been a better experience than collecting it all upon my arrival at the reservation time. Overall - friendly and efficient staff on-site and very responsive return processing and check-in. Staff at this location were wonderful - GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

The truck was a little old. The steering was loose, had to keep moving the wheel to keep the truck straight. the shocks where shot. It did not get very good gas mileage. I am not complaining I am just letting you know. The employees there were great. Thank you.

Indication of what side of the vehicle the gas cap is on. It is a large vehicle and when you guess wrong is difficult to correct. The gas gage sis not have an arrow like they have on standard cars today.

I pre-registered online and declined the insurance. I had to re-register again in the office. The worker had to put in the numbers manually while all the while he complained. When I got home I realized he tricked me and added on insurance that I DID NOT WANT, I said it in the pre-registration, I said it in the office and still I got charged. HOW CAN YOU CHARGE ME WHATEVER YOU WANT WHEN I DECLINED IT ONLINE AND IN THE OFFICE?? I was just moving from one apartment building the next one over only a mile from the rental office. You stole money from me that I did not authorize!

The truck did smell of cigarettes. There were no ramps included. I also rented an appliance dolly and there was no where to attach it sonir slid all over while driving.
