Explanation of fuel cost, i used a gallon of fuel and was charges for 5 gallons, @$21.00…..first time this has happened

Make sure equipment ordered is in truck. I had to go back to the location to get the appliance dolly. It was not in the truck. The staff was friendly and apoligetic regarding the oversight.

The truck sounded like it had no muffler. No tilt on steering wheel caused big vision obstruction being that I am only 5’2. The salesperson was in the bathroom yelling when I entered. He continued to talk on the phone via earbuds on a personal call the entire time I was in store getting my rental. He then complained about working alone and it being bs. Very unprofessional

Prices are thro the roof we've rented here multiple times but $1 per a miles is insane at that point ima start going to the other company which was alot cheaper and the truck we got was riding very rough and the alignment was off

Truck gas tank was on empty, it was dirty, the counter man had to come clean it. And I never advised the moving pads I thought I purchased were actually rentals.

Next time do something to help your customers and don’t send them to a closed location to only have to return to your location when i was there first and to charge me more for a smaller truck is unacceptable

I usually go to the Troy location but your website said they had the trailer I needed. The service was just fine no issues. The trailer worked perfectly. Overall good experience.

Because we booked a truck at the last minute, I'm guessing that the pop bottles and gritty cargo box were because of the super fast turnaround. The truck itself ran well, but the hasp on the rear cargo door was a tough fit! In any case, those were my observations. Besides these nit-picks, this location is always a pleasure to work with! True pros who get the job done and don't mind a bit of humor. (Or maybe a LOT?) I'll most certainly be back!

The young lady that helped us when we picked up our rental was very friendly. I believe her name was Shiny. She was very pleasant. We rent all summer every 2 weeks I think we will make this location our usual if the rest of the staff is friendly.

My drop off experience was also very satisfying! Even though my drop off time was MUCH earlier than recorded, overall it was a great experience.

During pickup the person who helped me was on a personal video call out loud the whole time. They were discussing tipping policies at restaurants, which is hardly an emergency. The other two staff didn't seem to care. The whole interaction was just very unprofessional. I know they're young, but they can do better.

The customer service was friendly and prompt. But when I tried to pick up my uhual with the self serve option, my truck was blocked in with other trucks, the window was left down all night so the inside was completely soaked with rain water. I wasn’t able to pick up the unit till the next morning when this location opened. It had a completely flat tire that needed to be changed prolonging my move even longer. I was told by an employee I would be compensated and to look out for a phone call and still have yet to receive one.

I ordered a rental appliance dolly with my truck and trailer. I got to the location I was moving from and I had no dolly. It delayed me about 30 mins as I had to call customer service and go pick up the dolly

I had to sweep and clean up the truck myself before I left the location. It was not something I was planning on doing in my uniform. Truck was filthy. Clerk came out and said that’s not something I should have done and they’ll apply a discount to my contract. No discounts yet.

The truck is rented had mechanical issues. It was jerking when I drove. I called customer service for assistance. Also the back of the uhaul had a lot of furniture covers in it

We were delighted with the entire experience. We needed a rental quickly and the phone person helped us so much! The location person was friendly, we didn't have to do very much paperwork at all, the equipment we needed was available, clean, and easy to operate. Returning the vehicle was easy as well. The price was well worth the convenience. The only thing that would have been nice was if there was more customer parking. There are only two spaces, plus one for handicapped folks. We ended up parking in the employee only space, but they were OK with that, so hurray for U-Haul!

We had a good experience while renting this U-Haul truck. It was a 2017, but ran fairly well. I did tell them that I believe the brakes need to be checked. I didn't believe they worked that great. They said that they will check them. The people inside provided outstanding assistance and were very friendly. Thank you 😊

The two employees were rude and very unprofessional. The lady called me fucking ignorant. All because I waved my hand down after she told me to move the truck. I was already told by the guy where to drop off the truck, so I was waving, like, yeah i know. Where i parked the truck, i wanted to get my stuff out to take it to my Jeep. I didn’t think that would be a problem. What I did, definitely didn’t deserve to be called fucking ignorant. I didn’t know customer service jobs can talk to customers like that. If she is that sensitive she needs to stay at home. Very rude.. then I go tell the guy she was working with, and he was rude too. He blamed it on me. These people don’t deserve a job, very unprofessional.
