I accidentally scheduled a uhaul truck for the wrong time, but the uhaul staff went out of their way to give me a replacement on short notice. They also gave me a refund on trailer hitch equipment I didn't need, which I didn't expect. They were a real bright spot.

there seems to be an indoor pest control problem at this location. The equipment was available right on time and the personnel were helpful.

I was very disappointed when I returned the U-Haul on Sunday at 5:30 I left some screws and small posts in the front seat. I called Monday afternoon and I was on hold for 40 minutes. When I called Tuesday Morning the items had already been disposed of. Please implement a policy that facilities should hold customers items for at least 48 hours or try to contact the renter before disposing.

There are other U-Haul outlets closer to my house but I go out of my way to go to this one. Employees are friendly and dedicated to good service. Not just the counter people but the people hooking it up are also friendly and responsive. They always have what I need. other places almost never have what I need. Tommy Naquin

I was overcharged $163. I was suppose to be charged for 3 days which if I multiplied the original ticket should have been approximately $135. The guy upon ateturn told me$129, but my card was later billed $163. I feel I was cheated and will get the word out of so.

The contact individual on the phone was wonderful. One of the workers in the physical establishment had a very bad attitude. Not very inviting. I wanted to hurry and get out of the establishment. The male clerk was wonderful, even he was helping someone else.

Our pickup location was changed twice before our moving day to locations further from our apartment. We also had a scheduled pickup at 12:30 because the movers were scheduled to come at 1. When we arrived, we were told our pick up was schedule for 1 instead of just telling us our truck would be late. We had to rearrange things with the movers. If the truck won't be available for our scheduled time, we should have been contacted as soon as possible.

Uhaul schedules appointments and doesn't communicate with their front staff. This causes issues with communication to costumers (trucks not being ready, patients unaware reservation isn't happening, etc.)

Have equipment inventory updated online according to what you actually have in stock. We had to move all of our appliances by hand because we were anticipating and appliance dolly based upon what we reserved and you guys didn't have it. It took us nearly to 3:00 a.m. in the morning trying to load refrigerators and washers and dryers by hand.

Did not like the fact that uhaul requires a completed call to a person who has nothing to do with the rental. All uhaul needs is a payment, not other people involved in a transaction.

First all would never use uhaul again always told rent and drop off where going to. This location said I had to return vehilce to same location. Cost me about 75 extra miles. Engine light came on two blocks away from location. Tried two other locations and they were the worst guarteened truck and when got ready no truck. U-Haul sticks never again.

The lady at the desk was very rude, i was already frustrated because i had a reservation at another location sat there for an hour only to be sent to this location. And to make matters worse they didn't even have any dollys available. So i was forced to purchase a utility mover for $7 it was just a bad experience.

Allow extra mileage if you are moving and have to come pickup , move and drive back as a round trip. I was moving from N.O. and had to drive to Btr to rent the truck then drive back to N.O. to load the truck and then come back to Btr because this is where I'm moving to . Unload and take the truck back to the rental location!!

I will be seeking a partial refund. Although I scheduled my rental more than a week and half in advance, my reservation was twice canceled and each time it was rescheduled, the location was further and further away from my reservation location. This is unacceptable. My pick-up time was reset two hours later than the reserved time and I incurred additional mileage charges due to the distance of the rescheduled location. This has the inference that this was purposely done to increase mileage costs and increase the rental value.
