Have equipment inventory updated online according to what you actually have in stock. We had to move all of our appliances by hand because we were anticipating and appliance dolly based upon what we reserved and you guys didn't have it. It took us nearly to 3:00 a.m. in the morning trying to load refrigerators and washers and dryers by hand.Donald A.

Did not like the fact that uhaul requires a completed call to a person who has nothing to do with the rental. All uhaul needs is a payment, not other people involved in a transaction.ROBERT L.
First all would never use uhaul again always told rent and drop off where going to. This location said I had to return vehilce to same location. Cost me about 75 extra miles. Engine light came on two blocks away from location. Tried two other locations and they were the worst guarteened truck and when got ready no truck. U-Haul sticks never again.CRAIG A.

The lady at the desk was very rude, i was already frustrated because i had a reservation at another location sat there for an hour only to be sent to this location. And to make matters worse they didn't even have any dollys available. So i was forced to purchase a utility mover for $7 it was just a bad experience.JENNIFER J.

Allow extra mileage if you are moving and have to come pickup , move and drive back as a round trip. I was moving from N.O. and had to drive to Btr to rent the truck then drive back to N.O. to load the truck and then come back to Btr because this is where I'm moving to . Unload and take the truck back to the rental location!!DEXTER G.

I will be seeking a partial refund. Although I scheduled my rental more than a week and half in advance, my reservation was twice canceled and each time it was rescheduled, the location was further and further away from my reservation location. This is unacceptable. My pick-up time was reset two hours later than the reserved time and I incurred additional mileage charges due to the distance of the rescheduled location. This has the inference that this was purposely done to increase mileage costs and increase the rental value.JARED M.

The Baton Rouge location was very professional. I rented this uhaul a day before Hurricane Ida. I parked the uhaul at my mother in laws home because I had to work during the storm( I'm a nurse). My mother in laws street was blocked from downed trees and power lines. I was not able to return the truck until a couple days ago and I called and attempted to keep lines of communication with uhaul. I called and was sent to a office in New Orleans and the woman that I spoke with who I believe is Denise's secretary or maybe Denise herself was very rude and disrespectful. Maybe she thought I was trying to get over but who wants a huge uhaul for weeks and no place to live. She was rude and would not hear anything that I had to say. I was simply stating that I could jot return the truck because of the debris on the street. She's arguing with me about the fact that I could have dropped the truck off at any location. She would not listen. If that's who people have to talk to during a time of crisis then I feel sorry for your company. I love often because of work and I used to use uhaul often. I will never use uhaul again.PAIGE P.
I was charged for equipment I never received. I also called the 800 number and was told a note was out on my account telling them not to charge me and I was still charged. Waited on hold for 60 minutes just to be charged for something I never received!ANGEL S.
The 24/7 Mobile Pick Up did not work until I returned to drop off the truck. The staff was helpful, but the location is horribly understaffed. The truck was not properly maintained and there were mechanical issues during my limited rental. If I rented this truck for a longer move, I would have most likely been in serious trouble.Collom P.

the cab smelled sweaty and like it had not been cleaned. The steering wheel was sticky as well as the driver seat. the truck part has baby roaches crawling all over especially at the top back part. Please make sure things are cleaned and disinfectedDOMINIQUE H.

The website is mediocre, but better than trying to get someone on the phone. I'm glad the calls are recorded so some of your employees can receive the â€œCustomer Serviceâ€ training they so desperately need. At first they were about to give me a truck with the catalayta convertor or something about to break. Bad bad business. The bathroom or sewage had the whole store smelling. Then there was this extremely nonchalant young girl that had an attitude you wouldn't expect to appear from no one in public. It was raining severely, she doesn't listen when you speak. She was rolling her eyes, but why I really don't know. I am one to express kindness, care and love. But from her, it would scare you to run as fast as possible and far away.ALICE O.

I was informed that the truck would be returned by the previous family at 8:30 am but come to learn they had extended the time to 11:30 am. I only learned this through the 800GOUHAUL rep. I wasted a trip because I called to verify the return time. The truck was in horrible shape and needs maintenance. I received a truck that was near empty has wise and 5 minutes after my departure from the lot, I'm stopping for gas already. The A/C in the cab goes in and out as well. Horrible experienceMARK P.

Deduct the Military Discount at time of return. I ordered on online, my Son-in-Law picked it up. We both returned it to the Baton Rouge Location. No one was there who knew how to deduct the Military Discount from the trip.robert W.
