Location was under staffed. There was only one person at the counter and one person checking in and out vehicles. The staff member who was working the desk in the afternoon just mumbled and went ahead and brought up my reservation with out asking a name or number. Then whek I asked about the boxes I haf purchased he seemed annoyed.

Not sure what to say. I was prepared with the full on-line sign-in and Alexander was enormously helpful and efficient. OTOH, when I walked in a few minutes before my appointed time, there were about 15 people ahead of me in line and only two poor guys patiently checking them in. If I had not done the on-line registration I'd have needed to wait well over an hour. I would not have. Bottom line, Alexander was great. Get more of him on Saturday mornings for gods' sake.

Love how expedited the process was while doing it online. I wish I got the gentleman's name who helped us, but he was awesome. It's hard watching rude customers give him a hard time, but he remained patient and professional (young, Hispanic male working Sat. 10/5/19 during 2:30pm-4:30ish). We previously had a stressful experience at another location, so we were dreading today, but it all went very smoothly!

well i gave all my info over the phone to reserve the tow dolly, when i got there they asked for all my info again witch took longer, then the only tow dolly they had there was reserved for me, parts had been stolen off of it while it was sitting on the lot. then i was given a car hauler for the same price witch i was grateful for not charging me more but computers where very slow my visit took 1 hour, i arrived there at 8:50. i was supposed to hit the road by 9 am i didn't leave u haul until 10:00 on top of that the ratchet straps on the car hauler were old and kept slipping off the wheels when i was towing the vehicle witch was very dangerous the vehicle could have fell off on the freeway. i had to use my own ratchet straps to secure the vehicle to the trailer. the guys that worked there were great though very helpful, i actually felt bad for them having to work with such slow technology, the line was backed up like 10 people who were all pissed because of how long everything was taking. i would recommend the u haul on Carson street to a friend only because the staff is very nice and knowledgeable but the equipment and time it took to be in and out was ridiculous, i work in the automotive industry and i think it is outrageous that a tow dolly is left where someone can still parts off of it. but its stored basically on a street corner where anyone can steal parts off of it. unacceptable. what if i rented a truck and someone tried to steal the wheels off of it but didn't and left the lug nuts loose and the wheel fell off on the freeway, i don't see how vehicles that people ride in are stored in unsecured lots at night with open access to the street.

Don't have the ccustomers just stand for a while without saying anything or greet. Waited a long time, It was awkward. And if the gas tank is below 1/2 a tank, to please let the customer know. I had to request a refund of a gas charge.

Better communication. I has given less than a full tank and was told to return the same way, in which i did. But was still charged for not returning with a full tank. All due to lack of communication

Your online record keeping sucks! 5 U-Haul reservations were automatically cancelled falsely the day a came for my rental because of a glitch on the online record keeping.
