I was double charged for my one day trailer rental. I called and was told it would be corrected but it has not been corrected. Long wait to rent as well as a long wait to return. I will never use U-Haul again nor recommend you.Matthew W.

When you return the equipment the field man just takes it and there is no confirmation as to what time it was returned. The receiver said that I was late and I was actually an hour early. When I received my receipt in the email it showed that I returned the trailer 4 hours after I actually did. I was overcharged by one full day. Not happy.Stephen S.

I was forced to rent my equipment from this location because my original reservation was canceled by another location for no reason. I was forced to spend more money and significantly increase my costs because the customer service of the Culver Automotive location was dramatically beyond sub-par. While my experience with this location has been great, I am highly disappointed with the horrible treatment I received from the Culver Automotive location. U-Haul would do themselves a favor to review the feedback from other customers about that location and encourage them to improve their service.KEVIN S.

Give accurate information on use of equipment, if the in truck dolly tie is broken, that means I pay for its use. This was NOT relayed by the person checking out the truck to us. We just wanted it out of the way. Don't balloon my bill to reflect 3 days of service, when it was 2 days, the truck was returned on a Sunday, your store opens at 9 am. We dropped off the truck at 7:43, but because the worker checked it in at 8:47, we were charged an extra day. So much more, this is all I have the energy for.Michael S.

The staff was great! They didn't have the 15 footer I reserved so they rented me a 20 footer for the same price. The truck ran great but, the cab was very loud and the body was beat up. Wipers were worn out, but, it didn't rain so, no big deal for me.James B.

Gas levels compared to actual paperwork indicators do not match at times. I ended up putting more gas then it actually was. I uploaded pic at time of checkout. When I returned the truck there was no way to pull up there pic that was uploaded to prove it. Therefore the rental for one day cost me more then it should have! Not happy about that!Juan B.

I am not sure why I am not recommended by the website to use more often. The website recommends Westminster or Garden Grove locations vs. my hometown of Long Beach.Joseph F.

Horrible experience, employees at this location are rude and unsafe. Manager Kevin needs better customer service and he needs to be demoted for lying about a trailer being defective. On the drip of Jonathan was rude and did not apologize for manager Kevin lying about trailer being defective. That trailer needs to be red tagged and put out of commission. I need uhaul to inspect my hitch for damage from the trailer. Employees at this location need better customer service skills.Cristian C.

App was inaccurate. Only upon check-in did it tell me that the location had to be open. The vehicle only had 3/4 tank of gas. I had to fill it up to avoid fees. I took a picture of the console and have proof. Will not be doing business with you again.David D.

The assistant manager did not wear his mask over his nose. I asked him if we would. He said I heard you and then refused. Also, when I dropped off the truck, your computer system network was non functional. I was told that a receipt would be e-mailed. I decided to stop back a couple of hours later to pick up the receipt. It was then that they checked in the truck. Then they overcharged me based on the current time.Christopher R.

My experience was good. My only complaint is the alignment was terrible and that particular truck should be serviced. Otherwise, my experience was good and I will recommend them to a friend.DORETHA P.
The check in process was easy (although I was surprised the person checking me in didn't know I had rented a furniture dolly and blankets). The van wasn't clean but not so dirty that I cared: Seats not vacuumed and footprints in the back. The return process was a bit of a drag -- long waits, employees bickering, said I drove more than I did. If the return process was like the check in process I would have rated Above Average.NANCY H.
