The lock was broken and she said â€œthey knew about it but didn't have time to fix itâ€. The door in the back was extremely hard to push down all the way to reach the latch. They lady was very nice but would have liked to be given a replacement lock. The inside of the truck was very dirty and the surrounding parking lot was very very dirty.Shelby W.

Rep told me my reservation was too late in the day. He told me I should come in earlier, asap in fact. I have a feeling this changed the rates at which I was charged. When I showed up to pick up the trailer at my scheduled time, there were 4 employees having an animated conversation. I said â€œHi!â€. They looked at me like I was in the wrong place and kept on with the conversation. Finally a woman came from behind the desk and said she was finishing her break and would be with me when she was done. I signed my rental agreement and got the extra insurance that â€œcovers everything if there's any troubleâ€. We went out to look at the trailer I rented. She kicked the right tire a couple times and said it looks good. When I stopped for gas later on, I checked the trailer tires and the right was low on air, so I aired it up and checked it the rest of the way. About 80 miles from my destination, the tire blew out. After 3 1/2 hours, uhaul sent out a truck with a tire but no wheel and a Jack that didn't work. We had to help lift the trailer to get the wheel off while he changed the tire on the highway. He looked at the old tire and said â€œno wonder it blew out. Look how cracked that tire is.â€ I understand sometimes things happen. I tipped the truck driver, gave him a cold bottle of water and went on our way. When I got home from my trip, I was surprised and a bit insulted that I got a bill for the tire change. I paid $10/day for the extra insurance and yet I was charged $154 for the defective tire that the rental place obviously at least suspected had a problem. When I questioned the charged in and email and voice mail (no one answered the phone), I got no response at all.Jon S.

Pretty dumb to be charged per mile and then still be charged for gas. The app was a disaster and wasted an hour of my time with an endless loop. The fact the website let me book at a location that did not have the vehicle it let me book should embarrass your company. Get your stuff together.Gabriel C.

The staff that assisted me was very friendly. I didn't like that I was bounced around twice before because the other locations didn't have the truck size I needed, even though it showed they did. And I was called the day of my move that my pick up location had been changed again.Jose M.
Have an outdoor buzzer for the return area. Their is a sign that says to wait in the equipment when returning, but sitting in their waiting for someone to come gets frustrating. So maybe something to let us known someone saw us rolling up to come assist us. Other then that, everything was great, and I intend on coming back here again should I need anything from Uhaul =)Angel D.
