Great experience
THOMAS RThe unit was obviously louder than normal. Too much play in the swivel. Cardboard and tape was used to quiet the unit from rattling. No problem and a great team.

WAYNE GI did not get his name (he looks Asian/Hispanic, heavy guy, wears the dark green polo shirt and glasses)--he was very friendly and professional. He made my drop-off/return seamless and easy. The other guy (white, younger, piercings in his face)--he checked me in. He was not friendly. Bad attitude. He also did everything he could to try and charge me for accident protection and then almost denied my renting a cargo van because my auto insurance didn't cover commercial vehicles.

MICHAEL BI am very hesitant in submitting this review since your employee Chad is very rude and I am afraid that he will retaliate since he does have access to my personal information. But I will chance it since someone needs to know about his behavior. After using my app to find my van and go through the check in process, I went inside to ask for the key. He sat on his chair and gave me the scariest stare that I have ever seen. in my life even said "Hi" and said that I was instructed to come inside to get the keys. again, he just sat there and gave me a stare without saying a single word. I said again that I need to pick up the keys for the van and am I at the right counter? he stared and said that " I can't just give keys to anyone". I asked him what information doe he need and then he finally asked for the code on the app. my son was me and the stare of death and rudeness really scared him. Once I received the keys he said have a safe day in a very sarcastic way. He is not stable and definitely not happy being at work. Not sure what I did to receive such an angry welcome? The van was in great shape and very clean.

GABRIEL pThe two people who assisted me were AWESOME!! They checked the tire pressure on the car trailer and this was a good idea. I just wish the 10' truck had cruise control. It would have made the drive from Southern CA to Northern CA so much nicer.
JAMES SSide light on trailer is missing. completely gone. There are wires there but no light. I don't believe this trailer is street legal without the proper lights.

STEPHEN VVery clear-cut, quick and courteous service by the clerk we dealt with .Only drawback was our mistake in that we didn't specify the van we wanted, and got a smaller one. I'm handicapped and had to ride on the passenger seat but it was too small and I injured my knee ergressing from the van.spec
GABRIEL pLocation is somewhat small and parking is limited, much of the space was occupied by trailers during my pickup and drop off making it more difficult to navigate in and out of the lot. Employees were knowledgeable and friendly.
