The gentleman who handled the paperwork, and rental process , was so polite, understanding, and patient. He went above and beyond to make sure our rental process went smooth. Outta 0 to 5 stars , I give him and U-Haul as a whole , 6 Stars for Customer Service and Satisfaction. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants complete outstanding service.

LENORE JCustomer service at the Uhaul E. Colfax location was great and the cargo van I reserved was exactly what I needed to move furniture from one house to another. I did try to check in and check out through the app, but it did not function well and it was frustrating. I was relieved that the guys were at the location were helpful and I could do check in face-to-face. Alfredo also the explained contract and the return process in detail which I appreciated, since I was returning the van after hours. I received an email early the next morning with the adjusted invoice. I would definitely rent again and recommend to friends.

Monica MI was yelled at by the onsite staff because I parked the trailer in a location where it “was not supposed to be” further they yelled at me saying I wasn’t even supposed to be dropping off there and accusing me of “picking” this location when I received a text directly from Uhaul telling me where I needed to drop off. I offered to move the trailer and the individual walked away from me ignoring everything I was saying in regards to the drop off details I was given. I attempted two different times to NOT drop off at this location knowing how small it was but Uhaul customer service told me I didn’t have any other options. I frequent a much larger location and know how much easier it is to work with.
AARON AThis trailer was returned Monday Jan 26 at noon location was open. The U-Haul associate at the location who unhooked the trailer was on a personal phone call the whole time, did not introduce himself, and made me feel uncomfortable with his aggressive demeanor. I had to reach out to customer service twice, who had to reach out to the U-Haul location twice to have the rental completed that was processed a day and a half later.

William RI have to say Alfredo is the absolute BEST! I walked in with a quote from another place that rents U-Haul trucks but isn't really an actual U-Haul facility. Alfredo beat their quote by quite a lot and did everything within his "authority" to get me the best price. We also discussed renting a dolly - I own one but the wheel was wobbly and not secure enough to use. Alfredo had me bring in my dolly and he spent maybe an hour fixing it so I could use my own. He truly went above and beyond and I am so grateful! THANK YOU ALFREDO!

GARY GAt pick up the agent who helped us was amazing, he went above and beyond for us and was so helpful, he made a stressful situation go smoothly even in the pouring rain, he was able to get the trailer hooked up. Excellent customer service 5 stars for him. Now when cropping off the trailer, that agent was the total opposite, he wasn't warm and welcoming, he seemed bothered or maybe he was having a bad day.
