I had to retiró the truck at the Narcoossee store And i rent the truck at the obt store and nobody told me that i had to pay a fee for that and i only use the truck for 27 miles i would never recommend that place to anyone

When I went to rent to vehicle I had to wait like 30 minutes before I was helped... because the 2 employees that were there were in back and attentive to help the customer at the store front.. and they were not apologetic about it.

The install on my hitch was done wrong. I spent almost 2 hours just to have a hitch attached because their equipment was faulty, on top of them installing my equipment improperly. I was so livid! I spent almost $1,000 and way more time than I wanted to! I had to pay my movers for the 2 hours they waited to move my stuff while I was at UHAUL getting a trailer I was told would take less than 10 minutes!!! I called a uhaul corporate number and they were no help. They just offered to transfer me to the store to talk to them! I am not happy about my experience, at all!

The GM or Manager that runs this location truly has great customer skills. I rent a 5x8 trailer from this location a lot and it's always an efficient transaction. I've been to the winter park and the other OBT location and it was a hot mess. Those other experiences is how I was able to form my opinion.

1. Do not check out a defective product to a customer 2. Do not curse multiple times in front of the customer regarding co-workers' lack of care towards equipment. 3. Do not make customer provide solution to defective equipment problem (I had to request if there was another nearby location that could provide a working tow dolly several times since I was getting pushback that my contract was not in their system) 4. Do not then charge customer for additional hassle created as a result of 3 defective products that were checked out to customer. 5. For the second location that I was sent to for a working tow dolly (also on Orange Blossom Trail): Set up return equipment location for the tow dolly to be the same as the return location for the U-Haul.

Well to start off the mileage was wrong it had 16 more miles than what they had down on the contract the gas was not at half it was between five eights and half the truck overall was filthy. I would not recommend anybody to go to that location

Advise customers using share program about the time window available before reservation expires. This was very inconvenient for me as i arrived a couple hours later than original time but still before office hours. Lost an additional hour just trying to contact someone to revise my reservation.
