Thank you to the team who helped me out! I appreciate it for making this easy because this was kind of the last leg of the move. I think it was Adam or Alex who really helped! I would make sure the rentals are clean or look clean before giving them to a new client and have the associates wear a mask. I didn't mind, but there are a few that are still stingy on those orders.

The check in a process was very slow. New employee was not properly trained and required help through most of the process. I also ordered a dolly to help streamline the moving process and the dolly was not put in the van. I called the store and since I can't call the store directly, I was put on hold for over an hour.

My truck had the gas gauge damage it was not working, i notified this to the employees,i call costumer service and inform this. I tlreturn the truck with a full tank and the mark it as empty.

The van I rented smelled of an overpowered smoke scent. It was also not Covid disinfected. I wiped the steering wheel with wipes I brought and it was discusting. The smoke smell made my trip very uncomfortable and I got a headache.

The guys from U-Haul when attached the trailer to my car doesn't pay any attention if is everything is secure because is was rained and didn't adjust good the trailer to my truck. When I pass over the first bump the trailer is down. Thanks God I was in a parking lot and nothing happened but. What happened if I take immediately the expressway way probably caused at accident. I think is important double check before the client gone

THE TRUCK WAS NOT WELL MAINTAINED AND BROKE DOWN WITH US AND THEN THEY TOOK THE TRUCK AFTER I PAID FOR INSURANCE AND DIDN'T REPLACE IT AND LEFT ME STRANDED AND CLOSED OUT MY RESERVATION THAT DIDN'T END FOR ANOTHER 2 DAYS

I rented a van on two different days. The first day I was charged double the miles I drove, and he van had issues on the dash. On the second day, a different van and all kinds of problems. Mileage as not accurate needed air I the tires, the gauges didn't work on the dash. And one time it didn't even start.

This location was Great! No issues at all. However I need to complain about another location. I don't know if this is the correct place to do that but here goes... The other U-Haul location on 2021 Main St. In Kissimmee made me wait out side for 2 hours on line in the rain, only to be told they don't have the trailer I reserved. The website accepted all my info and I completed check-in and all other required info needed. This made me incredibly angry and I had to cancel my move and loose a day of work. I will NEVER use U-Haul again!! I usually rent trailers every month to transport vehicles I buy with a few problems here and there but nothing I can't adapt to. This was it. No more. The guys at the counter offered no help or even wanted to call another location for me. They suggested I do it myself. I'm going with Hertz from now on. They cost more but I've had great service every time I used there service. I've noticed a decline in U-Haul's quality of service over the past few years but it's hit rock bottom it seems. What a shame. My moving Company and auto transport company will not be coming back to U-Haul again.

The computers were down when we walked in. We walked in and we're 5th in line and after an hour we were 5th in line still. The associates there were all saying "it's not us, it's not the internet, it's U-haul" implying this is normal and U-haul is the problem. One of the associates called the manager on his phone and was blatantly told to "just figure it out" (which they told to everyone in the store) at which point the three of them were visibly frustrated and unprofessional, occasionally argued among themselves. When things finally worked the associate who took me looked at my reservation and asked me why my 10ft is so expensive. I asked him to look into it to which he said idk man. He found that my insurance was at 28 and not 14. I told him I selected the 14 on line and had a complete different quote which I showed him He said he would switch it but then stated he didn't know how, told me this is how it is them and U-haul just be like that some times. As a courtesy one of the TM offered everyone in the store 20$ off which was nice. However when I got up they stated everyone got $20 however the system won't let them give me more than $10 because U-haul be like that some times. I finally get tot the car and begin driving. About 1 mile out I realized that the front right tire has a service light on and is deflating. I pull over to fix it and find that the passanger side door also does not lock correctly. The truck is beat up but I was never sent the link to send pics of the truck until 25min after I get keys. The link I got was expired upon arrival. I spent an hour on the phone on hold to get someone from customer service to send a new link (Rob at Customer Service is actually great) I use to love this location, and I honestly understand computer issues and challenges. however the people working there now and the attitude they have partnered with their lack of knowledge in their system will keep me from returning again.

The guy working was friendly, nice, on top of everything. The process was simple and fast. I enjoyed my u-haul. One thing that happen which could happen anywhere. I dropped off the U-Haul alone at night and was scared. Had someone coming up to U-haul and asking for money immediately when pulling in. I recommend adding more lighting and fence the place in. Perhaps late night drop offs have a code and gate opens. It could help keep some of the people off the property. Maybe recommend having two people drop off u-haul in that area when the store is closed.

One of the tires was empty of air, and when I turn back the van the guy ask me if I broke the mat floor and I said no because I takes like that.

U guys need the do the job currently, i rent a motorcycle trailer and the guy who contact the trailer to the hatch did not put the plastic piece on the chain to hold it on place so the chain move from the car and hit my rear window and broke the shit out of it.

The first van given had a huge crack in the windshield, smelled like smoke and the tire pressure light was on. I came back and told the two men at the store. They gave me another van which had the tire pressure light on. I was assured that this was just a bad sensor. Then when the van was parked at my house, I was notified that my tire looked like it was going flat. Back to U-haul, I was told that this was the last van they had as if it was my fault that the tires were not properly maintained. The third van also had the tire pressure light on. I decided that the tire looked fine and took it. FYI: they did not have any equipment to check the tire pressure or fill the tires with air. Also, neither of the employees were wearing masks properly. One had a mask on his chin and the other not at all. When I returned the van, we were having one of those Florida rain storms. When I walked in, I was asked what I needed. I said I was here to return the van. He said go to the guy outside. I said in the rain? He said it's raining? and nothing else. So I go outside and the guy takes the keys and processes the return. Again, no one is wearing masks. I rented the van to move my daughter to college and will probably need one two to four times a year but will not be renting one from U-haul. What a horrible experience. Also, the employees were unprofessional, somewhat rude and combative. I watched an employee be combative with a customer because the person that he booked the reservation with at U-haul made a mistake. Not the customers fault. Not what I expected al all.
