The day's leading up to my rental it was $30 less, but the day I rented it, it was $30 more which was ridiculous with all those trailers there. I was given three days, but I ended up returning the trailer within 24 hours. Why did it go up so high? I even got the $30 insurance, ðŸ˜¡.Rafael S.

I would make sure the rentals are clean or look clean before giving them to a new client and have the associates wear a mask. The check in a process was very slow. New employee was not properly trained and required help through most of the process. I also ordered a dolly to help streamline the moving process and the dolly was not put in the van. I called the store and since I can't call the store directly, I was put on hold for over an hour.JACOB H.

The van I rented smelled of an overpowered smoke scent. It was also not Covid disinfected. I wiped the steering wheel with wipes I brought and it was discusting. The smoke smell made my trip very uncomfortable and I got a headache.Jill A.

The guys from U-Haul when attached the trailer to my car doesn't pay any attention if is everything is secure because is was rained and didn't adjust good the trailer to my truck. When I pass over the first bump the trailer is down. Thanks God I was in a parking lot and nothing happened but. What happened if I take immediately the expressway way probably caused at accident.
