The person who helped me was very rude, and I told her that was all there was to it when I returned what I rented, but she didn't even answer me. I forgot to leave a hand truck, and then they called me. I couldn't answer, and they charged me $200, which they were supposed to return. But if she had told me, I wouldn't have forgotten to return it.

JOY GTruck had multiple service lights on. Returned had to go inside since one gentleman in uniform was talking with a person while blasting their music from their motorcycle. Woman inside even joked and told me to hand my key to the party outside. Handed my key to the woman there who didn’t seem was in uniform or at least anything identifying her ans ann employee. Asked if that was all and she said yes.

FRANCISCO CThe equipment is old, but works (although you are afraid all the time imagining when it won't). The U-Haul system/app is a complete joke. Seriously. I can't imagine how many international costumers you lose per minute by putting requirements such as US ONLY PHONES. While I was at the store, more than half of your costumers were from outside the US. I had to call the central (am international call), just to get things done. Honestly, I'm a little frustrated with the overall experience. In store support was great, but the system kept not working and the lady that was assisting me (who was great), was really frustrated and kept saying sorry every 5 seconds. My feedback is not great, and you have A LOT to improve. What I rented was a cargo van, only to find out that I was not allowed to pick one because they were "reserved" for people with US driver's licenses only. Everything was long, and "dated", and it seemed like an experience from the 80's. So unless the person speaks FLUENT ENGLISH, I would never recommend renting equipment from you guys. I have a few more trips to do, and even if I might have to pay more, I would prefer that.

KEON MGave me a trailer with no tag, and the wrong equipment number on the contract. Truck was covered in mud. So when it rained the car I was towing was covered in mud. Terrible experience, waiting on a call from the gm to get a refund. Had the truck setup for 2 days. Ended up returning it in 4 hours.
Christopher FLet's me be honestly, I really disappointed, first when I rented the truck the first light was broken, I returned the equipment at same time, after I pick up a van, when I drop off, I had to swear and prove that I wasn't the one who broke the equipment, I felt bad about the situation because I'm a very honest and humble person, and I don't need to lie, I needed to keep looking at the cameras to try to prove that I wasn't lying, and be on the receiving end of an undue charge.

CHARMAINE AThe sign says “wait in car.” An employee did come disconnect and remove the trailer, but did not acknowledge us or indicate we were good to leave. After 15 minutes I walked into the store to ask if we were finished , and we were. Customer service communication is dead.

JOHN CI’m sure it’s in some fine print somewhere but to be charged 2 days because I was 1 hour late on a half day rental is bullshit. Dolly was barely roadworthy, missing pin for tongue latch, lights inoperable, etc…… it is what it is and it worked for what we needed it to move but had the tires been any larger the worn out straps wouldn’t have been able to go over the tires 🤷🏿♂️
