Exterior of trailer (12' enclosed) was extremely dirty. Door would only roll down 1/4 of the way. Could not utilize full space because of faulty door. Was not happy not being able to use entire space.

About a year ago I rented from this location and it was horrible. I almost didn't go back for this move, but I'm glad I did. I had the best experience this time a complete 180 from my last experience with this location. Keep up the great work!! And thank you for your excellent service!

The rental was fine but I was charged for gas even after I told the attendant that I put gas in the truck. (I put in 5 gals of gas and only drove 23 miles). I called the store to reverse this charge, after holding for 10 mins I was told that I had to call customer service, who then told me I have to wait 72 hours for someone to review this complaint. It's unacceptable that I have to wait 3 days to have a fraudulent charge reviewed. (Not corrected, just REVIEWED). Customer service should have the authority to correct fake charges on the spot, not days later. It's very frustrating to have to spend 45 mins on the phone to correct your company's mistake, and still have to wait 3 days just to see if the fraudulent charge will be reversed. U-Haul charges for the services you provide but are you going to compensate me for my time to correct your mistake?

The young lady working at the front desk was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The truck was in good shape and had a dolly in the back. Overall we had a great experience. The only complaint we had was that the trucks were parked VERY close together when we went to leave. So close that the mirrors couldn't even be pulled out to see what you were doing or potentially backing into. We had two of us, my husband is a great driver and I was able to guide him and pull the mirrors out once he was far enough back so we did fine but that could be dangerous and really easy to hit and damage something or someone. It is a small Uhaul location so I am not sure that they have many options other than parking the trucks facing forward but just giving our feedback.

was supposed to be charged 30$ for a few miles but somehow magically was charged almost 50$. Everything was perfectly fine no damages but got charged that extra money. careful with the hidden fees! they are everywhere!

I initially orded a 26' truck and was called a few days before the move adiving no u-haul location had this truck in Denver. They offered two 15' foot trucks as a compromise. My issue is with the 26 ' foot truck, I only had one insurance cost of 14 dollars, but with the two i had to buy two insurances. I feel this was bad customer service since i had no options.

Site was fine but a bit cramped. Trailers of this type need many more interior tie-downs and a way to lock the coupler to the ball-mount. Did not need it, but would be good to have a spare tire.

Parking lot was a cluster and barely any room to leave the truck when dropping it off. I also got charged $12 for the gas tank being just below what it was when I got it. It was probably slightly below because of the amount of time I spent trying to figure out how to park in the overcrowded lot.

I WORKED WITH MATT AND HE IS BY FAR THE BEST U-HAUL PERSON I HAVE EVER WORKED WORTH. QUICK ON THE COMPUTER, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HOOKED UP THE TRAILER IN NO TIME. U-HAUL IS LUCKY TO HAVE MATT.

Was very disappointed that a "daily rental" that I asked for was not really a day, it was 8 hrs. I was forced to return the vehicle the same afternoon, losing two full hours of work time, and required to rent an additional vehicle to finish our work. When I returned the second vehicle, that I should not have had to pay for, the first vehicle that was forced to return early, was still sitting where I parked it. Was ridiculous experience that will affect if I ever rent from U-haul again.

Upon arrival I was given a dozen blankets that weren't folded and was told its okay if I didn't fold them. But to avoid an accidental service charge I folded them anyways when I dropped the truck off after hours this morning. I used the electronic return option on the website to return the truck. I noticed there wasn't a key drop off box that was advertised on the website. I walked around the building multiple times. Without clear instruction on where to return the keys i locked them inside the vehicle on the drivers seat. Knowing they should have spares for each vehicle. I reccomend this facility to provide more clear instructions on key returns to avoid other concerned customers. Overal truck operated terrific.

I was pleased with this location but my overall experience with Uhaul was miserable! They didn't have my reservation from 3 weeks prior, then they changed my truck and location 2 times, the last time as I was driving to go get my truck 20 minutes before my pickup time. They were rude and did not provide good customer service to try and fix the mistakes they had made.

When I arrived at store 33310, I was told that I had to drive more than 20 miles one way to pick up the equipment because it was at a different location. The identical unit was "spoken for." ...even though I had confirmation for 33310. After leaving, just about as pissed of as I've ever been, when we get to the Garrison and Jewel location I'm told that we can't return it to store 33310, it has to be returned to the same location. @#$&!?!!!!!! U-haul owes me 80 miles of mileage and two hours of my time, and that certainly isn't cheap. Bottom line, I'll NEVER rent ANYTHING from u-haul again. Too many other options where I've NEVER had to deal with such bullshit.

There was no drop box for keys at this location. I looked for the orange key-drop box that was pictured in the instructions and walked around the building at least three times. I have dropped vehicles off at this location after hours before and I had no problem because I was able to find the key drop box every time. This time, I could not find the box and I was not going to come back tomorrow, so I took the keys off of the key ring and took the tag off of the keyring and I stuffed them all through a crack in the front door and they landed on the floor inside the building right in front of the entrance.

I reserved a ten ft. box truck over the internet last Wednesday. I received an email confirmation from U Haul. When I arrived at the location to get the truck the employee there could not find a reservation for me anywhere. I needed a truck and none the size I needed was available anywhere. The only truck available was a large van. I grudgingly accepted that. Using the van instead of the requested box truck required three trips as opposed to one as planned. The store employee was extremely polite and as accommodating as possible. The van was ok for what it was, but not what was requested, or needed. Store and employee great. Uhaul's system and follow up ...totally unsatisfactory. I think I'll try Ryder next time.

I told the person who was there that we did not have all of the supplies that we had prepaid for. He said he would note it and that I was good to leave. Also, it looked like I was charged for an extra day. We had snow here in Colorado and it slowed me down this morning. When I looked on the rental email, it only said it was due back today, and it did not have a time. So, I did not call to let them know. If there would have been a time in the email, I would have brought it back last night in the snow storm. Last thing. Not sure if there is someplace else to note this, so I will do it here. The air conditioning was not working during the majority of the trip from Indiana to Colorado. It made for a very hot trip and I would like to talk to someone about getting 10% off our total for the multiple inconviences.

We were moved to this place because there was no truck where we were supposed to pick one up and we found out when we got there at our appointed time. There also no pads that we had ordered and paid for so we had to go to another place to get them but we made it in time for our loaders
