The owner of this particular Uhaul, Kevin, has a very upbeat attitude, very people oriented. I've traveled and lived all across the country due to military service and this Uhaul office has got to be one of the most friendliest and helpful, considering I've rented in Montana, Texas, California and more. I highly suggest this place for your Uhaul needs.

Being able to hire moving helpers through uhaul is excellent.

I tried thecself chechout and was unable to complete. This was complicated and time consuming. After taking at least 5 pics of my license and completing and answering multiple questions i was told i had to go into the store to complete. Luckily it was open as it wasnt when i started the process. What should have taken 10 min took me over an hour.

I got the oldest 20’ truck, dirty inside and out. Very dinged up. the truck was very out of alignment, dangerous to drive. I felt like I was driving a boat in water, I have a lot of experience driving trucks this big and this is the worst one ever. Mirrors don’t adjust. I don’t think I’ll get a uhaul rental again. Competitors trucks are much more updated.

Sometimes the renter can’t pinpoint the exact time of return. I got back to Uhaul at 7:20p. I didn’t know there was a $20.00 fee for returning after closing hours. At reserving it would be good to notify this verbally just like the insurance protection.

Owner beeps the horn or bangs on the shop window to get my attention, very rude and arrogant, will avoid this location only because of this boy

website is far away to be functional. I can't reserve truck at selected location, I call the customer service and agent help me to make reservation. When I arrive to get my truck I find my reservation as changed to another location far away from my work place because desired truck isn't available. I downgrade from 17' to 15' truck to save a trip to another Uhaul site. Thankfully I can fill the 15' truck and make my moving but next time I think I need to go to Uhaul location one day before and make reservation because website isn't reliable.

After 2 days on the road from Dallas to Miami late in the afternoon, I try to get into U-Haul at I-95 & State Rd 84. Not knowing anything about Miami, all I want to do is drop my vehicle and be ready for work the next morning. I call the facility and am advised that there is no room available to drop but up the road there is. Hearing the frustration in my voice, "French" tells me to come by anyway and proceeds to help me do what is necessary to get my transition ready. The manager "Kevin" follows up the next morning to make sure all went well, then offering to come in the next day (his day off) to get me squared away for the storage unit facility on Broward. The best example of how customer service should be done that I have experienced to date. Outstanding facility and team!!!

Yes Kevin and the the gang were great and extremely courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this Uhaul location that is well stocked with any rental you need. Price is fare and a very well kept location. Thanks Gang for a great experience. Even after I locked myself out of my own truck but was able to get a lock out service from my insurance in less that 45 min. on a Thursday work day are run hour. Bless you all. Capt. Bob Furnas

General Customer Service (NOT THE STORE) was absolutely horrible. They sent me to locations that didn’t have vehicles or take cash (as I specifically asked for each time). It set moving in back roughly 2 hours and was EXTREMELY inconveniencing

I was given the vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas and was told to bring it back with 1/4 tank. I feel that the vehicle should be given with a full tank. I had to travel 200 miles so I filled the tank. I dont know what kind of gas millage the vehicle gets or how big the tank is. When I returned it it had 3/4 tank of gas which ends up costing me more.

I would rate reception satisfactory. Explained policies excellent. However when I returned I had to figure it out myself. Reception were the same 2 guys, but were rude. I felt I needed to respond to their rudeness, but my cooler position prevailed.
