The folks at this location are impressive and certainly customer serv ice oriented. In my last 35 years of doing customer service related work, I have come to recognize and really appreciate excellent customer service and I know when some folks are pretending to offer good service, and when folks live and breathe it and offer genuine customer service. The folks at this location, especially Heather and Melissa, have been exceptional in the three different truck rentals I have had from them on the past few weeks. Moving is a stressful and miserable thing to have to do. I could never be a mover for an occupation. My wife and I both just retired and decided to move ourselves. We had to move a large household from one state to another and my wife and I were exhausted mentally and physically. Having a good company and employees to deal with certainly helped us during our moving experience. Thank you to everyone who works at this location, you are appreciated!!!!

Great experience. I was very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the truck and hand carts they provided. This location is a little further from my home as there are other u haul locations that are closer, however, I have to rent another truck again in the next week or so as I still have more items to move to our new home. I will definitely use this location even tho it is a little further..., the customer service was that impressive.

We were scheduled for an 8:30am truck share 24/7 pick up but whoever is supposed to enter that into the system the night before failed to do it so we had to wait until the store opened at 9:00am but the store was late opening that morning and the employees didn't arrive until after 9. We had 7 guys moving us that we were paying by the hour so the fact that we were late arriving meant we had to pay them for time spent sitting and waiting on us to get there with the truck.

It took a little more time for signing up as there were some internet problems in the system which finnaly got worked out. The workers were very friendly and not pushy. I've rented at many other locations and this last one was surely the best. I'll be back for sure!!

I had the best experience grabbing a Uhaul for a quick move during this Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The van was ready when I arrived slightly early and staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Derrick was professional, super pleasant and made the process of picking up and returning the vehicle smooth. I definitely recommend this location if you are looking for clean equipment and a positive customer service experience.

All i rented was an appliance dolly, yet had to submit drivers license, identify a 2nd contact, etc. There's got to be a way to simplify an $11 rental!

The lady there who checked me in was very nice! I told and showed her (with pics) about damage to the truck inside the cargo area l rented but didn’t know it till l got home. I told her there was no way to document it on the app because the only take pics of the outside. I mentioned to her u-haul needs to make it so you can inspect the cargo area as well and she said that is true but she did l believe acknowledge the damage.

Don’t charge the next customer three times about the same rental and same products supply!!! This is unbelievable!!! I placed a order online to rental and moving supplies, when I did a reservation I was charged online. In store, I was charged again for the same rental + the same moving supply!!

the header in the truck was falling down, the sun visor on the driver side was broken and hung down partially blocking the view when driving, we filled the gas tank before returning HOWEVER when the tank was full the pump STOPPED pumping. HOWEVER, The gauge showed slightly off full...we told the agent this and we were stilled charged for not having filled the truck. NOT HAPPY

I returned the trailer after 5 days on Saturday 10/19. In the lot the worker told me to head out everything was ok and on Monday I get an email billing me for 7 days saying I didn’t return it until Monday 10/21. Called in this morning was told I’d receive a call from the manager never heard bad. Will have to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Will never leave I haul without a paper receipt any more.

HORRIBLE experience with the older African American man that was there yesterday 10/19/19 at 2pm had to describe him because he refused to tell me his name. I paid for my rental at 12:30pm and went back to pick it up at 2pm. When I went back I noticed that the truck parked to the right of my truck was extremely close I mean maybe one inch apart. I went inside to let him know that the truck was extremely close to my truck. He said “so what, I’m the one who parked it there”. I said “ok, but it’s too close”. He said, “you mean to tell me you can’t back it up?” The rolled his eyes. He was at the front register eating his lunch, he threw his fork down and got up. I told him to sit back down that I just wanted him to see it and I left. He should not be eating while on the clock, why not take a lunch break to eat? It’s not my fault he is the only one there to assist and he happens to be eating. I went and turned the truck on. He followed me outside and realized that the truck was indeed too close so he closed both side mirrors on both trucks. He comes to my door and tells me to get out. I got out and guess what? He had a hard time backing the truck up because like I said it was very tight. He drove back and forth about six times before he could back out. I said thank you and he walked out without apologizing and said words under his breath. I need the number to corporate to put in an official complaint.

after hour drop offs is great but some people may not have that ability to use their phones to verify drop off, it would be good if you had something else like key pad to enter contract # or your name to verify check in drop offs at the door were the key drop is located. Thank You. T. & D.

We drove the truck up and one of the employees checked the mileage and gas tank then said we are good to go. Everything was done in less than 5min. I would say the only difficult part is that the parking lot is small so it is kind of tight. The parking is angled but there isn’t a ton of turning radius space. Very good experience other than that.

I rented a trailer at the Independence location last year and it took over an hour to get me checked in and on my way even though I registered ahead of time and payed online. Granted, they were quite busy but very understaffed. When I rented a trailer last week from the same location, I was on may way in less than ten minutes and upon returning it, out in less than five minutes. Very different experience this time and good job!
