There was still trash in the uhaul when picked up. I reserved a utility dolly and was not in the truck after I got home. Also rented a tow dolly and a brake light was out.

This truck had a mirror that didn't work properly this was the same truck that I rented last week both times it had a bad mirror on the passenger side so you can see what coming on you blind side a very dangerous tbing

It wasn't just the location, which seemed to be understaffed, its was mostly the rent online, pick up using a mobile device that was more irritating than anything. Didn't seem to be worth it.

I was billed improperly - mistakes happen, I get it. By the time I had found the error, and called, they were already aware of the issue. It was painless, they were polite about it, and it was resolved in 30 minutes. HUGE KUDOS to these guys. Mistakes happen, owning and fixing them promptly is something of a lost art. Thank you.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They made it clear what was expected of me and the vehicle. The only downside is if you aren’t familiar with Nashville, it can be a bad part of town.

Get your stories right All employees should tell customers.the same thing I told.a woman on thursday 26th i may need the truck I rented on the 27th as well..if my truck still was not repaired...i was told to.make sure i called B4 5:30 Friday night if I.needed to extend my rental a day or two. On Friday night Sept 27th I called at or right around 4:50pm..told the lady i needed to extend over the werk end as I was told my truck would not be repaired until Monday or Tuesday. The information I received put.me in. VERY BAD circumstance..im 67 yrs old and was left.without transportation in this area...i thought i go ahead and rent frm Budget...they were.closed...so I walked...nearly 3 maybe 4 miles...then a friend passed by a took me home. Thank you for ruining my week end. I had no udea you would rent a truck while it was still rented out. Employees were all over the place, took me over 30 min to get my trailer and leave even after I did everything online. This is where I picked up car dolly.

Location is a little "hidden" regarding access. It is a large lot but the only way we saw it was the large number of U-haul trailers up against the roadside fence.
