My experience was really excellent except for the fact that I had ordered a moving dolly and moving pads and I thought they would be in the truck. Then when I went in to get the key for the truck I forgot I had ordered them. Turns out I didn't really need them. When I returned the truck I told the attendant and he said he would take it off my bill. Thank you!Mark A.

Did 24/7 share there was no key in lock box I had to wait for the facility to open 2 hours later. Then they said they they don't do that program there, I sai then why do have it set up it put me 2 hours behind schedule? Lights switch was hanging and stuffed under the dash. I asked for straps and the guy at the counter said, â€œUhh I don't think we sell those here.â€ Then I turned around and saw a whole 3ft section of the wall full of them. He didn't know how to add them to my order. Then he just gave me a key and pointed to which truck it was. Didn't have me sign anything or give me any paperwork or tell me anything other than that's the one right there. I had no idea until after I had driven away that I was supposed to do something on my phone before leaving. Then no more than 2 mins after I pulled out of the parking lot the check engine light came on. Then when I returned the truck after hours the website wouldn't let me do the self verification so I had to call to make sure it was noted that I returned it and I wouldn't get charged extra.Tyler J.

The guys here today were fantastic!!! The guy in the Am and the guy in the pmâ€¦Super nice and deserve a bonus, a raise, a gift card or something. Also, I left a very important document in the truck, and instead of throwing it out, they tucked it in the middle for me, and I was able to come by later and pick it up. Thanks men! Apparently, when it had rained or snowed, the previous van users tracked mud into the back of the van. However, the Uhaul attendant(s) did "not" mop out the back. He was a great person to deal with and engaged me in chat while he worked. That put me on a real good mood for my trip. His partner came out to help us hook up, and he was cool too! The truck engine light kept coming on and beeping. The dolly I rented was just thrown in the back of the truck and wasn't secured to where it was supposed to be. I was told there was "just under 3/4 tank of gas" and it had to be returned the same . I didn't really check that but did think what exactly is "just under 3/4 tank of gas" why wasn't it full and then had to be returned full. I guess I should have checked it exactly because I drove the truck 11 miles, put $7.00 worth of gas in the tank AND THEN when I received my receipt by mail, was charged an addition $18.00 for gas. ðŸ˜¡has been a long time since we have rented and was a totally bad experience, first to have to call a central number 2 weeks plus to be told rental is in a green yellow or red statice, that we were in yellow so we should get a rental, are you kidding me we needed to move a large amount of kitchen cabinets and we should get a trailer are you kidding me ðŸ¤¦â€â™€ï¸next week don't know where or if we will get our rental until 2 days before we need it. My husband drives 20 miles to pick it up and drives 20 miles home only to find we do not have the furniture covers we ordered called u-haul central to tell them we don't have the covers we rented, she says no she had to e-mail them and they will call us, I said that's great they were supposed to call me 1 and 1/2 hours ago and still no call. My husband drives 20 miles up and 20 miles back to hopefully get the furniture covers we rented which he got. The girl told me to call customer service that they would help me was on hold for over 20 minutes, no one ever answered. ðŸ˜¡ your attempt at automation has made for VERY poor customer service, if we need a rental again we will try to find one that takes care of their customers needs ðŸ˜¡ðŸ˜¡ðŸ˜¡ðŸ˜¡RALPHDONALD P.

I have come to this location several times with no issues. Maybe it has changed owners/managers? I was offered a 26' truck then told that I would have to go to a different location to get it. I told them I preferred this location, so I will take the 20'. I requested a dolly with straps, when I arrived for pick up I was told they were all out. Then told I could rent one from Lowe's if I wanted. The gas tank was less than 1/4 filled, I was told "that's how the last person returned it". There is a gas station literally less than a block away, but every place I've rented before starts you off with a full tank. I wish I could attach pics to this as both front tires were bald, definitely a safety violation, and the driver side mirror has an "x" scratched into it. The associate that handed me the keys never walked the truck for any issues. I work in retail and understand maybe it's a staffing issue? But this visit wasn't even close to being right. Random note...i also fixed the time clock in the truck for you.PAULJOSEPH T.

11/1/21; 8am till 1/11/21 till 5pm. Truck was clean and got us to our destination and back again. Problemâ€¦. I rented 10 blankets to pick up custom made Amish furniture. Drove 100 miles there and opened up the truck box and NO BLANKETS!!!! Needed to borrow 10 blankets from Amish to get furniture home safely just as long as I return them by Thursday ( This is Monday and I work full time and took the day off today to pick up the furniture) So that is a 200 mile round trip plus my time. I asked to be compensated for the mistake and they took the charge off for the blankets and an extra $15.00. To cover my gas and time. I was not happy and asked to be compensated. He said No! I gave you enough. Ok â€¦well gas is 3.76 per gallon. I get 24 miles per gallon. 200 divided by 24 equals approximately 8 gallons. Total: $30.08. Plus my Timeâ€¦. The trailer tires were worn down almost to the wear bars and the trailer was pretty beat up overall, but did the job just fine. I also lubricated the screw-down ball nut to make it turn easier. Not a bad trailer, but could have used some attention.PERRYDONALD S.
