found broken glass in the truck and other items indicating it was not swept out. Also hand truck was not secured was sliding around. I called when I got truck home as I did not order it and did not wish to be charged for it. wa told they would make a note not to charge me

Not pleased with the charge on my bill for gas . I only went a total of 11 miles round trip and did put a gallon of gas in . That should have been sufficient.

I don't have any complaints. I was worried because read several poor reviews on other locations around the city closer to where I lived. And this was my first time renting from U-Haul. My reservation was ready on-time; the personnel were friendly and courteous; the rental process was very well explained; and the truck was clean and smelled fresh.

they where great on niagara falls blvd. the guy in lockport on lincoln ave, in lockport where i ordered the uhaul from was a real jerk, told me the uhaul would be in lockport sat for pick up, then i get a email it was amherst. so i went to lockport sat and he tells me i have to go to aamherst to get it, he was very rude and nasty

This was the worst experience with uhaul I have ever had not the location they were great and excellent but I reserved a truck on 10/22 a 17 foot at 9am I was contacted a week later two days before I moved to advise me I would not get be able to to get truck until 4pm in depew never did they offer me anything other option I had to go online and find other options myself no customer service I use uhaul all the time I have never had this problem I had to pay twice the mileage because I had to make two trips because I only got a 10 foot truck I am very unhappy with this company and will not use again

I never received the furniture pads and when I ordered a vehicle online, I ordered the 9' van which was listed also in my confirmation email. When I picked up the vehicle it was a 10' truck.

These questions are stupid. You have to be a complete moron to think that this will provide accurate or valuable customer experience feedback. The truth is my customer experience was horrible from start to finish. Ordering the vehicle on the website sucked. Picking up the vehicle sucked and when I dropped it off with more fuel than I received it with, I was charged for fuel anyway. The overall customer experience was completely horrible. The vehicle was fine. I would fire the CEO and make many changes to the website, facility, process and procedures.

After receiving help from the district manager, everything worked out great. Todd (district manager ?) was very helpful and I am very satisfied with my experience with Uhaul.

Attendant was courteous, and very helpful. He attached the trailer, checked the signals, and got me on the road quickly. He came outside when I returned, unhooked the trailer, and got me out in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service.

I think it would be helpful to know the total volume of the gas tank right on the dash for refueling purposes. I ended up overfilling by about a 1/4 tank because the gauge did not register quickly when filling. When I got back to the location the gauge registered 1/4 more of a tank than needed.

Everything went smoothly. I reserved a trailer, it was there as promised. One of the guys hooked it up and off I went. Couldn't be better. Very satisfied. I've been here previously and had the same positive experience.

Pickup time and location was changed willy nilly online. Had to go really out of our way to get the trailer, as well as drop it off. The big issue was that we asked for a 4x8, and received a 5x8. The size and weight of the 5x8 definitely became an issue. Due to the nature of our trip there were several times we had to detach and move by hand, and the extra weight was not welcomed, plus it marginally cost us more.

You are looking to get extra money by giving not fulled tank and then charge you on 3/4 or 5/8 based on their wishes. It is clear fraud.

Unfortunately, the Uhaul door was jammed, and we had to wait for a handyman to come to help us. The issue waisted our time . unfortunately, the management blame us for the issue instead of apologizing for giving us a bad Uhaul.
