When I walked in the door I was greeted I was given prompt attention on Saturday he made a reservation for me when I came back Sunday he had everything ready for me and when I pulled in to return the truck he greeted me and I had things to remove of my own so he he told me when I was finished just let him know and he would mail me a receipt everything went very smoothly I had no problems I was already in the computer it was a very very good experience. No problems no hitches just here's the key here's the paperwork sign here and here's the truck we walked around it checked it out and it was done I have always used this location to rent a U-Haul and I will refer any friends who asked to this place I've never had any problems

Kevin RThe only thing is there is a sign saying to stop your rental when returning and sit in the spot until someone comes out to handle the return. Upon waiting a bit it was clear that no one was coming. I went inside and waited in line for the return. Why ask people to just sit in the vehicle they are returning at a designated spot when the workers are too busy to actually come out. Please provide a 2 way communication to ask whether any worker is actually coming out or to say come inside. Another truck was waiting next to me and that person finally gave up too and went inside. Other people I spoke to while waiting in the line inside said never just sit where they say to wait or you'll be there forever. The wait to return inside was long. Was there an option to just drop the key? Where? I found the return extremely frustrating and cost me a lot of time. Every employee I was finally able to deal with was very kind and helpful, but there needs to be a quick return procedure please.

KATE LFriendly and chill. They opened a bit late (maybe around 7:15) because a staff member had called out sick, but sometimes you can't control that. It means I got on the road a few minutes later than I wanted, but everything worked out fine. I made sure to get the trailer back the same day, even though they reassured me that if I returned it the following morning, I would be fine. I've seen some terrible reviews of this location, but I've rented here at least a few times over the and haven't had any problems.

TIMOTHY DThe best part of this experience was returning the truck. DO NOT trust the app or thier 24/7 pickup option to work. We had to wait for nearly an hour to pickup our rental with temperatures well below freezing. The app did not work properly, and we were on hold with customer service for nearly 30min before even talking to anybody. For over $400 I expected better, and would demand some form of compensation for the experience, but i honestly just dont want to go through the hassle of dealing with Uhaul again. I would not recommend them, and will not be going back.

The staff was especially Adam Kuntz and the young lady that was helping him I can’t remember her name, but she was pleasant and professional. Everything went great. The equipment was great. The price was great. Would definitely recommend this location again highly satisfied.

Tamara TVehicle should be retired. It was very warn-out. Steering wheel was delaminating, buttons have been rubbed off from use, Back of truck had lots of snow had to clean out the U-Haul before we could use it. Windshield wipers were not clearing the window (pulled over and removed the ice and still did not work). U-Haul really needs an overhaul. I rent a truck about twice a year, and have noticed a decline in quality. I realize you can not see every detail. Hopefully this is a good wake up and do a check up. The Staff was wonderful! Thank you for reading this and taking action to improve the company.

ROBERT LDouble-charged on items I didn't receive. As well as being charged for missing items after I returned them the same day. Photos were taken of the trailer and items. I called and reported this.
MATTHEW WWe reserved a cargo van. Got there, and they had my reservation but no vans! Straight out of a Seinfeld episode. "You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to HOLD the reservation. And that's the most important part of the reservation, the holding!"

WILLIAM JIs it U-Haul policy to consider a truck ready for rent with a 1/4 tank of gas?I picked up the truck and only had a 1/4 tank of gas. I would think it should be a full tank and I would return it with a full tank. It’s annoying to start your day stopping to get gas.

Robert SStaff was nice. Vehicle was a death trap. Steering pulled hard to the right. It started raining and realized the windshield wipers didn't work. Guy at return said it was nothing he could do but made a note of it.
Marcus WStaff on pickup were fantastic! Staff on drop off locked door as I walked up at 702p and would not engage with me whatsoever thru the glass door. I dropped keys into slot. Wouldn't have minded some human interaction, but I understand I was there after they closed at 7p.
