Zero communication between coworkers. One had checked me in and then went to fill propane. After waiting 30 min I asked the male working for help and he couldn’t figure out why he couldn’t find the truck I was returning in his inventory. The female finally came in and said she already did it. No apology, no receipt, nothing.

I’ve never had a problem before but this time we did. It snowed the day before and the lot was covered in ice, could barely get the truck out, we were redirected to another location initially that had no one working just 2 trucks buried in snow. Very disorganized pickup and a huge hassle. I understand weather issues but this all should have been dealt with. Thanks -

Upon entering the office NOBODY was there and I, as well as another couple, waited for between 5-7 min for the employee to appear. Once JORDAN MOORE appeared I found his eye's were bloodshot and watery and his pupils were dilated. His speech was very low (quiet) and mumbling. He had a hard time focusing on even the most simple tasks. As a narcotics officer I know from years of experience he was under the influence of marijuana. Due to his complete lack of ability I got agitated with him and he informed me he had the right to rrfuse me service. I advised him to stop mumbling and do his job as the problems we were having were beyond simple tasks. He finally got it together and finished the process, which took about 20 minutes. The trailer could have used an external wash and the inside swept but everything on the equipment was fine otherwise.

I was 45 minutes late from my 24 hour return and was charged for 48 hours. If i knew that was the cAse i would have dropped off at another location or I wouldn’t have rushed and kept it for two days instead.

Morgan was excellent. Provided above and beyond customer service. One suggestion is to advise customers of the return procedures for trucks/trailers. Where to park etc.

It would be appropriate for the store to open on time. They were scheduled to open at 7 am, whereas they opened at 8 am. It just so happened that I was pressed for time, so this was an inconvenience.

The staff at the S. Sheridan and Mississippi location are very efficient and knowledgable. They make the renting experience pleasant. They process each customer in an efficient manner. This is the only location I will rent moving vehicles. The vehicles are very well maintained. I hughly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a moving vehicle.

Try not to schedule a customer to another location 10 miles away when the original reservation was across the street from my house. And I don't want to hear any bull about eguipment not being available at that time/location because the auto transport was sitting in the parking lot that morning and in the same spot that evening. This review will fall on deaf ears I'm sure but then there's always social media to vent frustration.

Morgan runs a very nice store. This is about the forth tine I have rented equipment from this location. Morgan and Tiffany have always greeted me with nothing but respect professional polite and courtesy they go above and beyond to please their customers. Job well done keep up the great work

Trailer was heavily corroded and rusted through in several spots. It's apparent that U-Haul still has 0 interest in retiring equipment that can make them another buck. I have dealt with substandard U-Haul equipment for almost 20 years. The staff at this location are NOT at fault. They rent what they are given by their regional management. These folks have been asking for replacement equipment for months. True to form, U-Haul as a corporation could care less. This mentality has been around for many years, and it comes from the top down. It's too bad. The ones who suffer most are the local staff that make the profits for U-Haul and have to deal with dissatisfied customers due to no fault of their own. Look how they are repaid.

The employee did not know much about the auto dolly that I was renting. Even though I checked in on line the night before, counter check in was over 20 minutes.

The person who handled my rental, Tiffani, was excellent. Uhaul corporate is awful, mostly because the website is poorly designed and maintained. I wanted a 4 x 8 trailer, which was featured at an attractive price, but when I searched the Denver area, there seemed to be none available. I say “seem,” because the inventory at locations I visited did not correlate to what the website indicated.
