Make sure to tell the customer to check gas gage on the paper document and to return it to that level. We filled the truck up to where we saw the gas gage inside the vehicle when we took the truck. I guess it differed from their drawing and they charged us $21 more dollars after we put in over $20 at the pump ourselves. We only used about 10 gallons..

5 x 8 trailer was nice. Could move it only with one person. I think the tires could be replaced though. Staff was great from beginning to end, especially Richard Lawrence I believe. Made drop off process a breeze. Give that man a RAISE.

Touchless pickup did not work and had to go inside. Even after filling out everything on mobile it said I was good to go. I answered all the questions and made reservation online. Yet when I went inside they asked all the same questions again. Other than that they were very nice and things went smoothly. The lady who helped me was awesome! And had an amazing tattoo on her left arm. 😁

This location was great and helpful. Uhaul as a whole, wasn't happy. I did not get the equipment I had ordered, and it took two hours on the phone waiting to even get a truck at all, even though I had a reservation set up over a month ago.

I return my trailer before the time was aloud and had to lift it off my trailer hitch and place it where I was told to at 9:15 pm and I was charged an extra 21.60 for after hours drop off when no one was there to help me. I'm 61 yrs old and had to lift a 6' X 12' open trailer and secure it from rolling away from the garage door area they told me to put it. Screw you Mark Heil.

I would recommend this location because they're the only ones who actually have equipment. The service was awful. Waited in a long line with one person helping. Checking in on the app was pointless. We had our reservation location changed and didn't know it, causing us to be an hour behind and paying movers for an hour over at $60 an hour. The location said they left a voicemail with me but I never received said voicemail. The man at the counter was very unprofessional, talking about how he needed a cigarette and used the f word. Not to mention, he served a customer who was not wearing a mask, even though there were very clear signs that one was required. Once we got the truck, the truck was great. The experience altogether just left a sour taste in my mouth.

Over charged for the rental. Also, I was told there would be a person at the facility upon the return. No one was there. Left the trailer and called the next day and they charge me another day despite being less than 24 hrs from when I picked up the trailer. After contacting customer service they only partially refunded the over charge.

The online check was pointless. Waited in line for over an hr. The first online check in time expired while we waited.

First off it was a horrible time for the wait process. Apparently only one person could use the computer even though there where 3 available. Then 2 ppl where just talking outside kinda working. Not to mention the person at the computer was just small talking everyone as there was over 20 people in line waiting to pick up truck/trailer. Also the dress code didn't seem proper as he was in flip flops and looked like he was suppose to be at a beach, finally my turn to pick up my trailer which was reserved to pick up at 9am didnt get to counter till 10am. But person confirming my reservation was disrespectful. Tossed a pen at me for me to sign papers, tossed my copy at me didnt highlight any info for me telling me my trailer number, the number to call if something happened...(minor stuff since I rent enough I knew the info) but still not called for. He has no manners towards me yet any other customer. Employees like that will make customers not come back. Also when qas getting hooked up it took 30mins just to get it figured out with why lights weren't working on trailer(wires where broke, real obvious) and the guy hooking up looked like he's never done something like it before. Was a horrible experience. And I hope that it gets resolved.

The gentleman that help me attached my trailer to my truck treated me very well. On the other hand I was there when the store opened at 9 am . The line was wrapped around the building to get in . There was only one person behind the counter . He had to make small talk with everyone. He was eating breakfast at the counter. It took me an hour to get up to the counter to get my trailer. And I was the 7th person in line. Never had this problem before at this locaion.

The overhead storage ledge was soaked with something but I had no idea so everything we put up there was gross and covered in whatever was spilled up there. It was brown.

The online reservation and check in process was easy and seamless! We had forgotten day after day to rent a truck and at the last minute, midnight the night before we needed it, Penske was at $200 or above and Uhaul was a bargain! Very happy to not break the bank. Our truck had a few pieces of trash in it, but overall was clean and comfortable. Fit everything for a 2 bedroom home for two people in the 20 ft truck. Made our moving experience much easier!

Just wanna thanks to U-haul over on snow road... The van looked new... very low mileage and gas efficient... The staff was very friendly and helpful which led to a seamless transition for me... So thanks again every and stay safe in the midst of Covid-19... Essential workers are heros:)

So the rep did not show me to the truck and I had to figure it out. It would be simple, good customer service bro show client to the vehicle. Then I pointed out the TPM trouble light indicator was on and was inquisitioned on what that meant when that is Uhauls responsibility to diagnose and rectify. I'm not a mechanic.

The check-in associate was great - very friendly! My only problem with the whole experience was the online checkout did not work - it got stuck on the validation and I had to go inside the store and wait to speak with someone to fix it.

The ramp was sticking and would not slide in - so someone had to lay on the ground under neath to push and lock the ramp back in place. The check out associate was VERY friendly and made the long line bearable with his humor and personality.
