First of all, don't completely change my reservation the day of my pickup. I get a call the day of my pickup saying that my pickup location for a truck has changed. I look up the email and what they had sent me confirming that but with my same times, so I said â€œokay, well that's not too bad I just have to go pick it up at another location but at the same time.â€ Fast forward to when I try and go pickup the truck, and lo and behold I can't seem to pickup through the app or online! So I go and check my reservation and see that my time changed along with the mileage cost. I rented for .79 cents a mile originally and that changed to .99 cents a mile. First mistake. Then my pickup time was 12 hours later instead of 10 pm it was changed to 10 am the next day! What a complete headache from u-haul. Very disappointed with that sort of jumbled information.ADAM G.

Provide a representative that is familiar with procedures and knowledgeable. This young man didn't LISTEN to my request that I made upon walking in the store. I requested that the payment be applied on ANOTHER credit card. He ignored the request and went out doors and used the card I gave doing the reservations. These guys at this location were very nice, helpful, patient and full of personalities and energy despite not having AC and System being down. They kept their cool and did not allow it to affect the customers in front of them. I could not get agitated with the wait, after seeing the efforts and energy they maintained. It allowed me to be understanding of their situation. These boys deserve a raise and the best Christmas bonus ever. Thank you all!!! The young guys were very unprofessional. On their phones while checking me in and out. The young man who checked me on added a $14 service I didn't ask for. I recently used uhaul to move from state and did get the insurance why would I get it for local? Herold not refund the fee. The young man who checked me out was on the phone the entire time, had on flip flops, and I had to ask multiple times what will I be charged and am I done. Manager should've explained how to get the truck back. Police had closed down colonial drive,& would not let us in under no circumstances. It took us 2 hours to return the truck. If the manager had explained that I was going to have a hard time returning it..I would've declined your services,& would've gone some where else.JOSE S.

I had the worse experience ever. They gave me a broke down truck! It started shaking. The engine light and tow/haul light came on while driving. When I finally returned it, it was smoking from the engine. I'm very disappointed!PATRIA G.

I stay in Orlando fl Sunday it was 90 degrees outside and the air on the uhaul did not work they didn't try to give me any compensation for it or anything. The fact that they probably knew ahead time is even worse. I am a woman moving a two bedroom apartment by myself. Highly would never recommend for you guys again.Shacora G.

The truck was filthy, used mask in the truck a used comb. Food packets. I actually had to go to the gas station to put gas on the truck because the truck was on zero gas. The oil change light was on.JASON R.
When we arrived at the location, we had to walk around the outside to find help. One employee was working on a car in the bay. He stated someone was on the property and continued to work on the car. We walked to the other side and a customer stated he just told the other employee was out back and was coming in a minute. This wait time made us late for our appointment. The same situation happened when we returned the truck. I had to locate an employee. I am a frequent renter and this by all means is unacceptable customer service.KARLETTE K.
