megan Rodriguez over charge me , I send her the pick with gas and millage when I pick up the truck, she told me I the picture in wrong angle, I took the dash picture facing the dash , she want to charge me extra, she make up a story, I return the gas where I found it , she over charge me, and the truck have flat tires with me when I was driving on the road , very bad experience. you guys not good at all .

VALTER II was charged incorrectly. There is no way I drove 750 miles. From Winter Garden FL to vero beach 2 times and back. They charged me 750 miles. While it should be around around 500 miles at rhe most. They charging me 250 miles more

VALTER IDid not install hitch or wiring as shown in the online videos. Completely removed splash guard and put it in my trunk. Ran wires inside trunk so that the lift has to be open to use them. Was told that is what they do unless requested otherwise but I was never asked and did not expect them to cut corners.

I was moving my daughter into her dorm luckily I had brought an extra type of dolly just in case. Otherwise excellent clean, safe vehicle . Would use this location again . Also, love the app and the ability to extend rental with ease AND return after hours. Love the flexibility and option within the app.

This was my last option because all the other U-Haul places didn’t have what I was looking for, but if they would’ve had it, I definitely wouldn’t come to the store. She was rude and she was the manager.

Jon MThe overall experience was a complete disaster. The trailer was wired improperly. They pulled three treaters and attempted to hook up each one to my car. None worked. Then, the technician (Abraham) got underneath the hood of my car and shorted out the ignition - thought it was a fuse, realized he didn’t have it and sent me to autozone to get one (seriously?) on the way to Autozone, my check engine came on and I was forced to stop at Nissan and have it checked out. That cost me $269.00. After returning to U-Haul, taking possession of the trailer - it worked for fifteen minutes. Then, shorted out. I called the U-Haul. I was told since Nissan touched the car, I needed to call them. (WHAT?) I traveled with the unsafe trailer to the U-Haul on Kirkman. I was told that the only place that could help me now was roadside assistance. I phone them from home. Meanwhile at 61, this began to take a fill on me physically and my heart stated to race. My heart rate got over 200 bpm and in the middle of the roadside call I was rushed to the hospital. I ended up being shocked and admitted. I missed leaving Orlando and reveling to help my brother who has idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in Charleston SC. I spent two days in the hospital. The roadside assistant who stayed behind admitted that it was faulty wiring and should have been comped by the general manager at colonial.
JON BWhen I went to pick up the trailer, the trailer was not available. The previous person kept the trailer another day. Then they refuse to give me another trailer for the same price. Also, the trailer that they gave me the lice was not working.

CASMAN MNeed explain not this location I had problem with its clermont made booking 6 days in advance no confirmation til I rang Friday 3pm I was told I pick up at Ocoee which is another 14 miles away and tolls so not too happy but what made it worse when I got there they had wrong trailer I had booked they said I had drive another 12 miles to there sister company pick up trailer I had booked which they told me they could picked up day before from Ocoee you check my history every time I need trailer or truck I come to you or under Amanda meadows I found guy at Ocoee not very pleasant it was his fault he picked up wrong trailer not mine I wait for your answer before I write anything on internet bob
