My original reservation was with the Altamonte Springs location and was told by the manager (Angi Irving) after standing in line for 30 minutes that they did not have a truck for me. They had reassigned my reservation to another location and had not informed me. Worse part was that she really didn't care and was not at all apologetic. The reassigned location had no trucks either. I'm definitely done with U-Haul.
Garry A.I didn't find anything wrong. The process to pick up my rental was extremely easy. It took just a moment, the employee knew what he was doing, he hooked the trailer to my truck, explained to us what it needed to be explained and we were in our way.

Alexander D.Well 1st my reservation truck was not their when I arrived, secondly they gave me the truck on an empty tank which I barely made it to the gas station then when I returned it they said the tank was emptied and charged me $70 for gas then when I called customer service the ladie and I had proof of pick up empty tank the ladie said I needed proof of empty tank to when clearly they sent it on my receipt so to say the least this is the worst experience wth u haul I ever had and I will tell everyone I know because I'm sick and tired of these big companies stealing from the lil people like me that needed a truck for a few hours smh.
Rich P.When I returned the equipment while looking for parking I almost got hit by a grey Infiniti racing in the parking lot the both guys one with a shirt on the other without, turned out the passenger worked there, both had dreads. No one was there to attend to me, everyone was on their phones A real thugish environment. But the when I picked up the equipment earlier that day the supervisor was really professional

ridgee B.Don't leave the store unattended by sitting in your car behind the store. Help the people unloading trailers in the dark by having lights on. And don't just tell people yo put it out back and then walk away. I was not the only person left unattended. How bad is it when other people are asking other people if they work their??? That doesn't look good for your store.
MARCUS G.I just want to give acknowledgment to Marzell. I Received an invoice, and the issue with charges that was incorrect so I called U-Haul at that location and Marzell immediately saw the errors and corrected. Thank you so much,great job I was very pleased. Ms. Haggerty 🙏

GURKIRAN S.Please have the supplies that I rented in the truck before pickup. I didn't realize that the dolly and furniture pads weren't in the truck until I was like halfway to my destination. Waste of time and gas. And when I got there they didn't have the Appliance dolly that I reserved and had to look around inside other returned truck to only pull out a regular dolly.

I took 2 hours of my working time on Monday to ask them to submit the rental but I still had a problem. the return address that U haul provided me is not excited anymore and I wanted to return the rental I had to find another place for that

The Kirkman location sucks
